Exceptional

The rooms were very clean. Mattress was very soft and comfortable. I liked the restaurant which had a variety of food, a lot of western and local food and they were very tasty! owner and staff were friendly and very polite and they were making a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. They have credit card payment available which was very helpful. Thanks so much. I’ll come back again.

Great value for price, super tidy, friendly place

Extremely clean, not only rooms but the rest of the posession and building too. It's easy to notice they pay attention to the cleanliness and take care of the every space, which is not that common in Cambodia. The room was simple but reasonably spacy, for sure not claustrophobic. It wasn't too hot even with only the fan. Nice view from the window (jungle), comfortable bed, big table (for those who work), friendly staff, who tried to help even though they don't speak english). The vegetarian options in the restaurant are tasty and the portions are huge! I recommend to go to this restaurant. It's great value for price and very cheap, i think it's worth more :)

There's is a small hole in the wall, I guess it's for air circulation (maybe that's why it's not that hot there) and due to that you can hear people on the corridor or staff when they clean.

Very clean and well maintained. The dogs and cats are very cute and friendly.

No hot water in our room. We had to shower in a different room which was quite inconvenient. Nobody was at reception the second morning to ask about a shower. Some of the lightbulbs in our room had burned through their plastic casing, a potential fire hazard. Maybe this is my mistake, but I ordered an iced latte from their restaurant and received an orange juice, and the waitress assured me that it was an iced latte?

We had a big room, there was a restaurant and you could get free bikes

Our room was not noise canceled. We woke up every morning at 6 am because a rooster was making noises and our door was open on the bottom so we could not do anything about the noise. In the bathroom we only had a showerhead sticking out of the wall that did not have water pressure at all. The food in the restaurant was too oily

NEWER AGAIN ON THIS GESTHOUSE

FOOD WHAS OK BUT NOT MORE

I GET SICK IN GOUT AND THEN THEY FORE ME TO GO TO HOSPITAL ONLY FOR LATER THEY CAN TELL ME TO NOT COME BACK BECUSE I WAS SICK, I HAD 4 DAYS LEFT TO STAY BUT THEY DESIDE TO TELL ME TO LEAVE THE GUESTHOUSE,

Okay guesthouse for cheap price

The room is okay considered the price and it's rather clean. And beds were comfortable.

There was only cold water from the shower. Staff in the restaurant part was very unfriendly, we waited very long to give our order and after that 40min for the soup. We didn't even bother to wait longer in the morning to order breakfast after we had waited 10min there. We just went to the city to eat. Guesthouse is a bit far from the main spots and cafes. Outside there's construction going on.

Lovely place

I liked the location away from the town i like exercise the guest house has free bicycles to get around. Lovely restaurant with a great cook the price is amazing
