Great staff and value for money.
For the money this is great. Run by young (student?) staff who are really welcoming and polite, especially Alicia at dinner and the two girls at breakfast. Clean, good sized bathrooms, helpful extras. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is way up there considering the relatively low price.
Wi-Fi connection needs sorting. Part of the university so some academic, never been in the real world, educationalist thinks it a good idea to ask customers for 3 pages of questions (gender, age, etc) as though we were not customers but kids in school before they give us the internet. Someone needs to have a word.

Leafy, welcoming, accommodating and comfortable in a great location.
Excellent location, surrounded by trees and green space. Although an old building it has been cared for and was very comfortable. EV charging was a surprise bonus.
Not much. It is on the university accommodation campus so there might be, during good weather, outdoor late night conversations. I’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels with nothing adjacent and had much louder neighbours so it’s a but of a minor point

Very enjoyable and comfortable.
In a great location for visiting our granddaughter in the Halls of Sheffield Uni. Everything was clean and functional. The staff were excellent and the breakfast and evening meal were scrumptious.
Nothing at all to complain about
