Clean room and friendly staff
The tv didn’t work, the phone to call reception didn’t work, the mini fridge made noises all night as well as the air con/heating unit

It was clearly labelled, clean, and was kept to a high standard. Rooms were a good size, beds were comfy and spotless, food was fantastic. Staff were lovely too.

The staff we have been using this hotel for the past 10 years. Michelle and her staff are very welcoming. The service is usually good too.
The lack of sleep was caused by the container terminal at the back of the hotel. It's not supposed to operate overnight, but it does. Feel for the staff who must be forever apologising to guest's, when it's no fault of theirs. Although they could fix the window so it actually closes, but even then, you will still hear
the containers being loaded and unloaded.
4.0
Easy to park, check in, room and bathroom clean and of a good standard
Not a large selection of teas and coffee in room

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The shower was really nice too.
No usb sockets for charging phones. No plug sockets near to beds either.

Liked the fact we were in a quiet industrial area.
But that obviously was dependant on us havi g a car.
Perfect for Peter Kay show.

The room was exceptional. I always stop in Premier Inn's because in my opinion they are very comfortable and worth the price. I would compare this hotel to a Premier Inn for the comfort side of things. The bed was very comfortable, only 1 pillow on each side of the bed until we opened the wardrobe and realised there was another to, however in my opinion 1 was enough (It was a very big pillow). The shower was incredible! It was like a small sauna! The shower head was at one side of the shower which was adjustable and there was a seat at the other side so if you wanted to you could put it on full heat at one side and sit on the other side like you would in a sauna. The seat was a nice little touch to the shower. We didn't have the breakfast, however because of the rest of our stay here we would be inclined to try this next year when we go back. Everything was above the standard of clean.
I had some lunch the next day at around 12pm, personally I thought this was very overpriced and I wouldn't be paying these prices again, I would more likely go into Sheffield town centre and pay those prices. It was £18 for a tuna panini (very standard, nothing fancy) not even a handful of chips and a few bits of green leaves. Next time I will not eat in this area. One other thing is the check in times, it would be great if early check in was available at a price and it was guaranteed. I applied for early check in about a week before we were set to arrive, I then got a confirmation email saying I would find out if this was available when I arrive, from someone travelling just over 2 hours away this wasn't great due to the early check in being at 10am but the original check in being at 3pm so I would then have to wait 5 hours if this was not ready at 10am which isn't very good. It would be better if they had a set number of rooms which would be available at that time and left it at that. Despite these issues I will be staying again due to the pros outweighing the cons.

Smart hotel facilities meet requirements. Big rooms with generous bathroom.
The floor and room I stayed in had a weird smell, like fumigation had taken place.
Hotel location bizarre as an industrial estate is being built around it.
4.0
Decent size bed with bath or shower nice and clean
Not enough tea and coffee and sugar and in my opinion there's no need for a £5 tray charge felt a bit ripped off there
4.0
The breakfast is a little over priced, even if you just get fruit and toast £17 is a lot to pay

Kettle didn't work in my room
3.5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable . Shower excellent . Iron and ironing board in room really good
Safe malfunctioned while locked so we couldn't access our things in it and the member of staff on reception did not know how to resolve it.
Room was generally very clean but fridge was covered in dust. Building site next door so woken early by noise.

room was clean comfy and quiet and suitable for our 11 month old child
the bar staffs comunication when going for evening meal ,told us they had a group in 1st but would open kitchen after they'd been dealt with only for 1 staff then to say it wasn't after letting us sit a hour ,then a different member of staff bringing us menus but no one came to take order then eventually when we found someone they said we were meant to order at bar which a) we weren't told and b) no one was at bar so after waiting around for 2 and a half hours we ended up having to go to a supermarket for snacks . all it needed was them to say at start they couldn't fit us in so we could of made other plans when places were still open...

Loved the bathroom apart from the vent
The bathroom vent was loud so had to turn off, majority of the lighting didn't work.
3.0
The room.
The cheque in was lost so we had to wait for 30 minutes at 11:00 at night. In the morning, the breakfast was cold, and to little of it, also the tomatoes and mushrooms were out to long and got dry.

Breakfast was very tasty and well cooked, good choices to choose from
Not the best surroundings as a lot of building works going on

DO NOT PARK HERE!!
I stayed for two nights and put my registration plate of my car into the computer. A few weeks later I got a penalty notice for one night. I appealed this notice and sent all the information about my stay. I revived a letter back saying they rejected my appeal and they didn’t have any information about my car, I need to pay the penalty notice. How can they charge me for one night then? Sounds like hotel and parking have a little cash flow project going on.

Staff and well presented
Fridge didn’t work
Air con didn’t work and was hanging off the ceiling on one side, surprised it didn’t fall down
Light above bed and in shower didn’t work
Ironing board was snapped in half
The shower had loose screws that kept falling out
The room was boiling hot constantly
The windows you had to force open but was not sturdy so it was worrying that the window itself was going to fall out
There was a hand rail and a heated towel rail, both loose and hanging off
Not really sure why it’s priced at £150 a night.
My parents were down the road in a cheaper hotel and everything in their hotel room was much better and actually fastened to the wall and working.
A real shame.
Ideally would like some compensation as we chose this hotel for its facilities and the facilities were either broken or about to break.
Staff were lovely and the hotel itself is nice. Just a real shame the rooms aren’t up to scratch and nothing really works.
Worrying if you are staying with children as there would likely be an accident or someone getting hurt
4.0
Room was bright and airy. Bed was comfortable
Staff were friendly, especially the night staff. Really liked the seating area outside
The breakfast was delicious
Only 2 teabags in the room and 2 sugars. My husband and I both drink tea and both take sugar. Had to ask for more in reception. Should be a better supply for 2 guests. There was a large cobweb in our toilet and a stain on the carpet. Nowhere for us both to sit comfortably in the room as only one chair
