Cozy place! The staff was very kind and welcoming and started to help before arriving, during and until the end! Just perfect!
Nothing to point out!

The breakfast was superb.
Accessibility to the property, parking availability
Difficulty to sleep at night, too much noise near the property at late hours.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is great and they frequently topped our plates up with whatever we wanted. The room was super clean and was room serviced daily.
The rooftop was under construction, so at this point in time there is no rooftop.

Stayed at the annexe, great location, in a quiet spot of the Medina within a few minutes walk of the main square Place Outa El Hammam. Lady who cleaned the room did an excellent job and was very friendly. Owner/manager was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful views from the roof terrace. Room was a good size with efficient air-conditioning. Riad is an historic building as you would expect, but with modern touches and beautifully decorated. As with all riads steep steps and windows and doors opening on to a central light well.
One thing to note is Google maps works in the medina, also I was given a map of the medina.
Speakers on all floors piping piano/jazz music all day until sometimes after 11pm, I'm glad I took ears plugs.
They don't arrange a driver to collect you and deliver you and your luggage to the riad. Easy enough once you know how but specific instructions would have been helpful when a stranger to the city.

The location is excellent, above the main square and close to Ras Al Ma and en route to Spanish Mosque. Hotel Casa Miguel tastefully decorated.
Staff was always available and very helpful.
Superior double room was spacious enough.
Bedlinen was good.
Breakfast wasn't bad, lots of choice.
We stayed in Superior Double room. Maybe other rooms are better, I haven't seen.
The shower was in a very sorry state, leaking and changing from hot to cold constantly.
Basically, impossible to use.
Street wasn't busy but in the room you can hear every single person passing, never mind talking. Felt like our bed was out in the street.
Finally, the mattress was very tired with zero support.

The staff and cleanliness
Location is a bit distant from the centre. We had two heavy and big luggages we had to carry up the hill.

It was in the heart of the medina, good communication over where to park the car locally.
A good hearty breakfast :)

Perfectly located in the heart of this enchanting blue city. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. A special mention for Wafae - who’s kindness and hospitality made my time in Chefchaouen one I’ll never forget.

The location was central and gave us quick access to the main attractions. The breakfast was nice and fresh. There were more options than other riads we stayed in.
Nobody warned us about the steep steps we had to traverse with massive luggage on the way to the hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone with heavy luggage. The place was extremely cramped (both the rooms and the actual vicinity). The room was also dim. The mattress took up the bulk of the space and was very poor quality. We did not sleep well at all. The ensuite was also cramped and uncomfortable. Getting ready for the day was a mission. We were also quoted 150 mad to do a load of washing. Other riads we stayed at in marrakech didn't charge for laundry at all.

Very nice staff, breakfast was delicious! The whole accomodation was clean and everything decorated cutely. Our room was extremely cozy, with beautiful colours and small details.
The water temperature was not easy to change (it either was too hot or too cold). Wifi was not working all the time.

Staff was amazing, the breakfast was excellent the location is great
There is no assigned parking for the hotel. We had to park a mile away in a cramped underground garage.

Excelent location: The hotel is located in the medina of Chefchaoene, very easy to find due to the signs on the way to the Riad.
The breakfast was very nice: with bread, fruit, juice, milk cofee and the traditional msemmes.
Additionally we have to add that we had a mechanical problem with our car and Sanae was amazing helping us trying to solve it!
Everything was great!

Lovely place right in the middle of the Medina. Sana is such a wonderful host, she came to pick us up when we arrive, and guided us with helpful information during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities described. The breakfast in the terrace was wonderful, and very filling, with plenty of options.

This casa is located inside the medina, making it convenient for us to wander around the old town. The breakfast on the rooftop was great!
The staffs, especially San'a, were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting The Magical Blue City.
San'a, thanks for your hospitality.
