Excellent Hospitality, clean interiors and value for money!

Excellent hospitality, Mohammed looked after us very well and provided information about places to visit on our arrival. Due to rain, we had to stay indoors and a good time using the facilities, including massage. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended

Location is a bit away from main streets but it's reasonable priced comparatively as well. short walk from Main Street If visiting with luggages and kids.

Super expérience!

Le cadre super, la déco sublime et le personnel très sympa! Nous avons bien discuté et Mohamed était parfait et très serviable. Literie parfaite et petit dej très complet.

Nous avions la suite junior à l'étage. Magnifique déco. Mais la douche serait à modifier car l'eau passait du froid au bouillant sans prévenir.

Une suspension dans le temps au milieu d'une Médina qui garde son authenticité.

La qualité humaine du personnel qui cherche le meilleur. En particulier Mohammed qui n'hésite pas à faire 500 mètres avec vous pour vous accompagner et prendre votre taxi. J'ai apprécié le calme, la tranquillité et l'authenticité de ce lieu. La bonhommie, la gentillesse et la très bonne volonté du personnel font vraiment une différence. Mon épouse a particulièrement apprécié le spa et la qualité des massages. La terrasse de ce riad est aussi un endroit exceptionnel.

Wonderful

Youssef and all the staff was very kind with us. The riad and the decoration looks exactly as in the pictures. It’s stunning! The breakfast was great! We’ll be back if we return to Marrakesh

Brilliant staff

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and polite. The rooms were good and location excellent

To get to Main Street you have to walk by small narrow street which at night wasn’t ideal. The locks on the doors leading to the rooms could still be opened from the outside

Lovely decoration and smiling staff

Staff is very kind and welcoming, breakfast is good and abundant. The common spaces are lovely and everything is clean.

The shower could use a little maintenance as the paint is chipping, but it was clean and well functioning. Unfortunately there is one neighbor that is noisy, there is nothing that staff can do but it can get intense at time.

Stunning

We booked a last minute 1 night stay to break up our holiday in Marrakech. The Riad was beautiful and the welcome was so warm and friendly. We had a lovely night's stay and breakfast the next morning was superb. A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

A little tricky to find, but if you're familiar with the streets in Marrakech you shouldn't have too much problem.

Great location in old town, lovely facilities and staff went above and beyond to assist us.

Beautiful decor and super spacious rooms! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, we had late check in about 1am and asked where we could get food, but instead they made us a beautiful meal. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t really think of any negatives. For the sake of constructive feedback, some background music would be nice. There was some tranquil spa music on the first day, but not on the following days. Given the layout, everything kind of echoes so we felt the need to whisper, so just a little music to enable conversation would be a great addition.

Exceptional

The property was exactly like the pictures, a very serene and green escape away from the busy medina. The staff were so accommodating and kind, made us feel right at home, nothing was too much to ask for. The breakfast served was okay, but a good start to the day none the less. The air conditioning in the room was a saviour as during our stay the temperature was very high, and the small pool was a great place to cool off too. the rooftop was also a nice place to relax in the evenings.

It is slightly difficult to find at first, however with some guidance from our driver and the host, it was easy to remember.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The riad is very cozy and very well designed. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop terrace is very enjoyable

Great stay in this lovely Riad, with lovely, helpful staff.

The decor was great and everything was clean and bright. Rooms cleaned and towels replaced every day. Great rooftop terrace for relaxing in the evenings. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Nice selection of breakfast. Organised airport transfer for us, and a day trip as well. Location was great for walking about the city - staff gave us a map and explained the best routes to take to get to all the sights.

Nothing, it was just as shown in the pictures and everything suited us fine.

Beautiful riad in a great location

Really beautiful decor and seems to have been recently refurbished so everything works well. Really calm and quiet inside. Fresh and generous breakfast, friendly staff. Location is really good - in a slightly quieter area but close to the central medina and on a well lit and busy lane off a main road.

There is a surcharge to pay by card, which wasn’t charged at many local restaurants for much smaller amounts.

Beautiful stay and nicest staff ever!

Our stay here was wonderful!! The staff was unbelievably amazing and accommodating - just the nicest people! They really made it a joy to come back to after exploring the city. Our room was clean, stunning and was the perfect size for the two of us. Being gluten free, there wasn't anything I could have for breakfast, but it looked good and they always provided tea, coffee and juice. The building was stunning - we loved just sitting and enjoying the space - and the rooftop was such a nice added bonus.

A few small things that weren't ideal - the shower clogged really badly and the bed wasn't the comfiest (but might be ok if you like a harder bed like my partner does). The biggest issues I had was the noise - riads are known to be quite echoey (and I'm not sure if us being on the main floor made things worse), but I barely slept past 6:30am. Once the staff got up to get breakfast ready and guests began to make their way down (most of which had children) it was like they were in my room. It's no one's fault and there's not much that could have been done but if you are a light sleeper its just a flag and maybe request not being on the bottom floor? Other riads won't be any different so definitely not a reason to not stay here!

Beautiful riad! The staff was attentive and helped us to call a taxi very early in the morning as we needed to head to the airport. The room was very big and WC/bathroom the best in all 4 morrocan cities we visited!

Bad odour next to piscine. We were not given breakfast "to go" as we requested.

Calm and Serene and feels like home

Riad Agathe feels like home from the moment you step in. The place is easy to find, and they even help you arrange a ride from the airport. Mohamed and the staff welcome you in and take their time to explain everything you might need to know. The place is super clean and calm and just feels like out of a movie set. Our room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfy and the hot water in the shower was the perfect ending to a hectic day in the Madina. Their breakfast spread is also tasty. This was our second visit and surely won't be the last, thank you Mohamed again :)

very recommended as it is so clean

Very beautiful place! They were so kind and attentive. Room was very clean. Traditional and clean combination was what we needed. it was a little hard to find in the narrow Riad area, but don’t mind it as it worths it. Also breakfast was so satisfying and they were so kind to arrange it earlier then normal for us. Thanks a lot!

lovely green colour, cozy riad!

very friendly and attentive staffs, nice breakfast and dinner and good location. I loved the greenery colour of the riad.

The water tabs(cold/hot) were a little bit difficult for me to adjust to the right temperature. It went too cold or too hot so it took some time to find the moderate temperature when taking shower.
