Pace e tranquillità

Location curatissima, nota di merito alla piscina riscaldata ed alla jacuzzi con vista spettacolare. Materassi comodissimi dotati di topper in memoria foam così come i cuscini. Ambienti puliti e ben curati. Simone e Sandra sono molto disponibili ed attenti alle richieste del cliente. L'agriturismo si trova in un' oasi di pace e tranquillità, immerso nella natura.

Wonderful stay.

Super owners, nice, helpful. I would rate them 11 of 10:) Organized a few trips for us. The place is wonderful, natural beauty, mountains, quiet. The views from the windows are superb. The apartments are clean and comfortable. Pool is great. I don't want to leave.

Charming Italian Apartment with Hot Water Swimming Pool and Breathtaking Views

Our stay at this charming apartment in Italy was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the hot water swimming pool, which offered a luxurious and relaxing experience. The pool was immaculate and well-maintained, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings. Speaking of the surroundings, the view of the mountains from the apartment was simply breathtaking. The romantic charm of the buildings added a touch of nostalgia to the overall experience. The architecture exuded a sense of history and authenticity, making me feel like I had stepped into a timeless Italian fairytale. The attention to detail in every corner of the property was evident, and I truly appreciated the effort put into creating such a delightful ambiance. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm and hospitable host. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay.

beautiful view, nice area to sit or walk about, welcoming hosts, nice towels, provided toiletries, breakfast delivered in morning for extra fee, very clean and comfortable.

if you are tall in height there were a couple low beams in the room we rented.

Wonderful agriturismo! Can't wait to be back

Wonderful location despite the weather. We couldn't use the pool due to rain, however there were board games to entertain our kids. Super welcoming and friendly staff!

Sandra and Simone were the perfect hosts. Beautiful location , first class accommodation, comfy beds and superb home baked breakfast cakes ! Swimming pool super too ! Thoroughly recommend for getting away from the madding crowd! Superb

Best in Umbria

First thing that comes to mind with Monte Acuto is thoughtful - the owners/hosts are thoughtful, the restoration of the 500 year old property is extremely thoughtful, the layout is thoughtful, the breakfast was thoughtful. You feel cared for, like staying with family. This is the cleanest Agriturismo I have ever stayed at - impeccable grounds. Grazie mille 10/10

We loved this place and will definitely go back some day

Absolutely beautiful place high up in the Umbrian countryside. Our room was very spacious and directly in front of the swimming pool. We even had our own reserved space with a table and chairs & beds at the pool side.

unfortunately the agriturismo does not serve breakfast or dinner, but in the evening you can order bakery goods (croissants, rolls etc) from reception which are delivered to your room the next morning. For dinner you'll have to go into town (15 min. drive)

adding in the room a boiler or an electric coffee in case you want to enjoy a tea or a coffee before Simone brings you the breakfast to the room, would have been perfect.

The perfect place

Everything was perfect. The owner was so kind, the place is very clean. The room is decorated for the well-being of the guests. All around there are hiking trails. You can end the day by the pool. Just perfect.

Very friendly hosts, very accomodating to every question and everything very well explained and organized. Great homemade breakfast brought to your room. Everything was very clean , both the appartment and all the common areas, very nice pool area. Will hopefully have the possibility to visit again

Beautiful location on a mountain. Comfortable appartment. Ideal place for couples and family looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Everything was fine. The only recommendation to add to the inventory would be a (small) oven to be able to prepare/heat food. A microwave is available but not always suitable for all preparations.

Exceptional

Super place to stay up in the hills near Umbertide. We stayed during Covid restrictions and were unable to eat out in the evening. This is the only reason we felt the kitchen could have had a microwave and more cooking facilities but otherwise it was perfect!!

A brilliant stay and hopefully will return one day.

Perfect villa for our short time in Italy. Owners could not be more accommodating! The home made croissants and pies were a wonderful added touch for the breakfast. If you do stay here a car is needed to get around as it’s in the hills.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Couldn’t have found a more perfect villa and setting ☺️

Beautiful location with panoramic view od the Valley. Very clean apartment, wifi without problems. Pool with heated water! Super! Plentiful and delicious breakfasts. But most od all the owners 🙂. Simone and Sandra. Very kind, helpful you feel somebody takes care od you.
