not very nice, I don't recommend because the WIFI and breakfast were horrible
location was fine
The breakfast was really a let down, not enough food and the quality of the food was not very good. I am a smaller woman and it was barely enough to make me full. There was also no working wifi in the whole building and I had to walk to a separate hotel to check email. The women working in the restaurant below were sorta rude too.

Exceptional
The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a quick walk away from the port and the start of all the day tours. The restaurant was fantastic with great food and craft beers. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I loved the pool table in the bar. We had fun!
Our room was a bit noisy at night.

Better choose another hostel
Free drinking water and the location - that's all!
Staff was not very friendly and helpful. Almost no English. Reception was not available during check-in and check-out. We only saw during our stay the cleaning women, that was the only friendly person. No one gave us tips for excursions etc. or even welcomed us. Breakfast was a joke! Just ONE small cup instant coffee or tea and you get ONE egg. It is ridiculous with one toast or patacones. No juice and no fruits - only if you take the breakfast where you only get yoghurt, fruits and granola, but anyhow no juice. The room had no fridge, although there should have been one according to the description. No Wi-Fi in the room. The price is much to high for what you get. I am happy that we cancelled the nights for our 2nd stay after our cruise! Better choose another hotel. There are much more better options! The bad situation that we needed to pay our cappuccino on the 2nd morning for breakfast. 7$. If I knew this in advance we would not have taken it and ordered a cappucciono at a better cafe next door - Galápagos Deli. But no one told us and before ordering. Sorry! That is a no go! We expected of course to be included in our breakfast!

Good
It's a nice hotel, very well situated close to everything: pier, food street, main street etc. There is a swimming pool. They reorganise the area and it definitely becomes better
There is no safe in the room, there is TV but no remote control, maybe you can take it at the reception, but the reception is constantly closed. I liked the people. when you can find them, the staff is very helpful though you don't quite understand how to find them

Large room - good location
We were refused and early breakfast pack when we had to go diving - requested the previous day - even though staff were scheduled to be there On Sunday night we got back at 6.15 and we’re told that they were only serving residents - when we told them that we were residents they said that we did not have a reservation and that the chef was leaving - the tennis was on so we stayed to watch the outcome and 5 people were served food The room was very spartan No refrigerator The cab booked for the airport did not arrive ( probably wasn’t booked at all ) Advertised washing machine not available Huge noise from a venue very close by until about 5am Sunday
