Sejur linistit

Amplasare in apropiere de gradina botanica, mic dejun bun si este o locatie linistita.

Baia a avut niste semne de mucegai, in deosebi dusul.

Good stay - good for couples

I liked the location, it is very close to the botanical garden and some restaurants. Also the waiters are kind and the swimming pool is excellent. They are also nice with stray animals, cats and dogs, which are allowed on the terrace, thing which I personally find it very good. In the room was also a perfect silence during the night, no noise was heard by us, which was good.

The fact that the reception ladies were not so willing to help. If you have issues, try discussing them with the man. He is willing to help. I also believe that the music in the restaurant area could be improved. You simply only listen house music from breakfast to dinner. As for the food, the breakfast is by far the best, lunch and dinner should be improved. No fish (although located at the sea), no pork, just some chicken, I almost felt myself vegetarian, and I am not a meat eater not even at home. For men this must be particularly disturbing as they deserve a bit more protein.

I wouldn't recommend

The room was extremely small. The balcony was also very small and it was shared with another room. I booked a room with one double bed and received a room with two single beds put next to each other which were constantly moving. The staff was not polite, the restaurant was poorly equipped (we had to as for forks and napkins). The waiters were barely understanding Bulgarian. Parking was outside the complex, shared with other hotels, not easily accessible and with low availability of free spots. I don't recommend staying in this hotel. Spa had to be additionally requested and paid. GYM is locked and you need to ask for the key.

We are a family with 1 year old baby. I was reserved a room with a cot on it which says it’s free, also I called the rec

It was clean, new and the breakfast is good.

Part of the a staff was not be polite, and it says for free parking but they didn’t have spaces. The major problem was that they didn’t gave us the cot for the baby.. really disappointed.

Direkt am Botanischen Garten in Balchik

Freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück und große helle Zimmer. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym, das man kostenlos besuchen kann. Tiefgaragenstellplatz nach Verfügbarkeit. Sehr schönes Spacenter. Schön gestalteter Poolbereich mit angrenzendem Kinderclub.

Pool wird nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Plastik-Liegen sind ungemütlich (Auflagen wären toll). A/C im Zimmer kühlt nicht.

Amplasarea hotelului.

Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, cred ca nu a fost făcută curățenie în camere și pe holuri de anul trecut de când s-a terminat sezonul. Micul dejun a fost de toată jena . Praf pe jos în cameră , în baie ,pe terasa , peste tot.

Locatia in apropierea gradinii botanice, mic dejun diversificat si din belsug, gazde primitoare si binevoitoare, nota 10 pentru receptionist Krasmir Savov care ne-a rezolvat cu zambetul pe buze toate cerintele. :)

Locatie foarte aproape de Castel. Personal ospitalier, mic dejun ok si variat. Curatenie foarte ok. Nota 10 pentru parcarea subterana. Dar cu remarca ca este foarte mica.

OK for brief stays, but underwhelming inspite of potential

Like so often, the staff saves the day. They were very forthcoming and helpul and even put two of us in a better room. The breakfast was pretty much OK and featured some attempt at local goodies as well. Underground parking facilities were a nice addition. Rooms were clean, but rather small, and this is no complaint - we knew about the size that beforehead.

Maybe I am becoming more demanding with age, but come on: no kettle? No spare outlets? No soap stand in the shower? No clear indications of parking facilities?

Nice hotel for everyone

The staff are wonderful. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was prompt & efficient. The room was more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. Pool is great size and well maintained. There are some nice restaurants near the property..

Some primitive Romanian fellow guests who really belonged in a zoo rather than a hotel.

Very good breakfast. Very good location. Very clean pool and friendly staff. The apartment had bathrobes and slippers, sufficient and clean towels.

Very few parking spaces for the size of the hotel, about 20 underground spaces and the rest in front of the hotel for a fee and not too cheap. The bed in the living room after you extended it was in waves and you could only sleep on it tightly. The table in the living room was probably broken by other customers who were more careless with the objects. Toilet paper had to be requested. Shower gels were insufficient.

Location, room, food and staff. Was the 2nd year here, I truly recommend!:) Breakfast was varied; Close to the sea;

Overall ok.

Reception Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially after our bad luck getting a bus to Varna, they called various taxi companies to confirm prices for us. Thank you.

This hotel was one of the more expensive options we had, hence expectations were up. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Coffee was out of a machine and tasted like instant coffee. We only had one bed cover in the room, which hardly fit us both. Pool was next to a car park (not something I'm too bothered about, but thinking about value for money and expectations - for that price one expects more.) Public transport is not great in the area, we tried to get to Varna and we were advised that there is a close bus stop which will have some service (but not sure when) - We waited for nearly 2h. There was no bus. Hence if you like to travel to Varna, make sure you get to the bus station and don't use the stop close to the hotel.

It was a bit further from the beach, but still there is a convenient route to get there. However, it's very nearby the castle and the area is quite calm, which I enjoyed.

Pleasant stay

The hotel met my expectations, it was clean, the staff was friendly, the furniture seemed to be new.

When we checked out I didn’t like the fact that we have been asked to pay an additional fee of 20 leva for our pet. This was not mentioned anywhere (booking, reception). Not sure why the hotel is categorized as pet friendly when they extra charge you.

Value for Money off season.

they upgraded our room due to availability, I liked the gym very well equipped for weight training, car parking underground.

TV was very small, not smart, breakfast limited, coffee was horrible, basic cardio machines in gym.

Great value for money and great rooms.

Really nice room. Great facilities and also a pretty nice gym. Having an underground parking spot with access from the hotel is something really useful. Great value for money.

The food. It can be better without going too fancy. More vegetarian dishes would be nice.
