The room was large and the beds were ok. distance from the airport was short.
The place was very very run down. The handle kept coming off on the faucet. The room did not feel clean. The downstairs felt shady. I don’t anticipate coming to Guayaquil again but if I did, I definitely would not stay here.

I liked the size of the room and the air conditioning. The parking was good too.
I didn't like the staff treatment. I waited outside for the door to open for several minutes and no one opened the door until much later. I didn't like the internet, it was terrible. The television had nothing to see. The room smelled very humid also.

close to airport
rooms are very outdated, not very clean. huge fridge next to bed which makes lot of noise during the night

Nice and spacious rooms.
Staff is friendly.
Restaurant is subpar: (very) expensive, overly salted vegetables, burrito is extremely garlicky, wine selection is very poor. Breakfast is allright, but nothing special. Coffee is slimy, small selection for non-egg-eaters. Would expect more.
No outside area to relax, rooftop is empty.
Sauna was turned off, probably to low number of guests.

Breakfast was superb.
We forgot the blanket of our daughter in the bedroom, the staff was extremely kind to ship it to us to Cuenca in order to continue our trip with serenity..
Our daughter was so happy to get it back!!
Thank you guys, will stay there again next time I'm in Guayaquil...

The breakfast was good for the price. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect a banquet. The staff was very helpful and nice. A very important plus for me was that they have an elevator and I didn’t have to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs.
The bathroom was a bit antiquated.

Close to GYE . They let me in at 1 am ( cash or bank transfer only ) Reception have some drinks for sale also serving good breakfast included in price . Mini Elevator take you to your floor. Room have confy bed ,Mini fridge and ,fast wifi . ,Taxi cost about $5 , uber$3 to /from GYE Airport. And many 🚖 available at the front door .Tip : be aware of fake taxis and or Uber scams ,lots of drivers stop and offer rides for a fee . Dont trust just anyone .follow your instincts and be cautious ⚠️. Enjoy your stay !!
They didn't take credit or debit card, but not big deal if have cash to pay or able to make bank transfer.

Very outdated rooms but ok clean, just really old. The hotel is near to a big street so it is quite noisy so I would recommend to have your earplugs with you. Wifi doesnt really work: nothing new in Ecuador. Staff is nice, they dont speak English. Breakfast was good! Okay for one night stay, near the airport

the staff was excellent very friendly and helpful the breakfast was good with fresh fruit and juice and coffee, they switched up variety of the egg dish and toast and jam very, very pleasant staff
well... the room was a bit aged and the bed a bit hard and the shower not hot. we had a room to the street, and it was like the freeway all night. also, the party from the Wyndham Garden across the street lasted until the Wee hours...I slept, roomie didn't

good value and decent location (close to airport). staff was wonderful
right on a very busy road so there was street traffic noise all night and early morning

Breakfast was pretty good and the workers that helped with breakfast were great. The air conditioning was nice. One staff member went above and beyond in helping us set up our payment.
The room was not ready when we arrived in the evening, and the staff member seemed hesitant to give us the needed supplies. The kitchen had hardly any supplies and not even a garbage. The windows were very thin with the inability to securely close some of them. The water pressure was much too low some of the time. The bathrooms had a bizarre smell like broccoli. The penthouse needs to be updated for the price to stay there.

Close to the airport and shopping mall!
They said they would arrange a Taxi for us to the airport, when we checked out at the agreed time they had forgotten about the taxi.
Only cold water in the shower, hard bed and unwelcoming room.

Close to shopping. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. I always stay here when taking early flights or arriving on late flights. Very good value for the money.

The pictures on booking - but not how it actually looked like. staff was quite nice, even though we had to pay extra 5$ as booking doesn’t convert euros to actual dollars so a false price is being advertised by booking :(
The actual look of the room we booked looked nothing like it was advertised. instead of a bright we’ll-illuminated room it was dark with no real windows. being close to a main road, there was a lot of traffic noise. also the breakfast was kind of boring (some fruits, 1 fried egg, toast and a corn bread with some cheese in it). the promised balcony also wasn’t included. and if it says the facility a room has a kitchennete, I assume a private and not a shared one. if we would have seen real pictures beforehand, we wouldn’t have booked it :(
