Sin duda, mi experiencia en este hotel fue excepcionalmente elegante! Desde el momento en que llegué, quedé impresionado por la sofisticación y el encanto que envolvían cada rincón. El personal, con su trato cortés y profesional, contribuyó significativamente a hacer que mi estancia fuera aún más placentera. Las instalaciones del hotel son notables, reflejando un cuidado meticuloso en cada detalle. La elegancia se traduce en cada rincón, desde el vestíbulo hasta las habitaciones. La decoración y el diseño interior crean una atmósfera lujosa y acogedora al mismo tiempo, lo cual es un equilibrio difícil de lograr. No obstante, me pareció que la piscina, a pesar de mantener los estándares de calidad, era sorprendentemente pequeña en comparación con las demás instalaciones del hotel. Esto podría ser un factor a considerar para aquellos que buscan disfrutar de un buen chapuzón o relajarse en un espacio más expansivo. En general, mi estancia fue altamente satisfactoria y el hotel cumplió con creces mis expectativas en términos de elegancia y servicio. A pesar del tamaño de la piscina, las otras instalaciones y la atención del personal hicieron que mi experiencia fuera memorable y, definitivamente, consideraría volver en el futuro.

Debo señalar que el desayuno, aunque disponible, se encontraba bajo un costo adicional. Aunque este aspecto puede ser común en algunos establecimientos, creo que sería beneficioso para los huéspedes tener mayor claridad sobre esta política al momento de hacer la reserva. Al dirigirme al área del restaurante para disfrutar del almuerzo, noté que el personal estaba claramente ocupado atendiendo otros eventos. Aunque entiendo que la demanda puede variar, esto resultó en una demora perceptible en la toma de pedidos y en la entrega de la comida. A pesar de este inconveniente, debo destacar la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal del restaurante, quienes, a pesar de la ocupación, se esforzaron por brindar un servicio de calidad. En situaciones como estas, la gestión eficiente del personal y la capacidad de anticipar las demandas pueden marcar la diferencia. Aunque experimenté ciertos retrasos, la atención y cortesía del personal compensaron en gran medida esta pequeña inconveniencia. En general, el hotel sigue siendo una opción atractiva, pero sería recomendable optimizar los procesos en el área del restaurante para garantizar una experiencia más fluida para los huéspedes.

Ok for a quick night over when flying through - not a place for holiday. Nice staff.

having an air port pick up and drop off as part of the package was great. Food was ok, breakfast was ok.

There was no privacy in the swimming pool area ie the dining room looked at it, and there was no ambience - it was like it was an afterthought - some plants for screening and ambience would be good. There was a conference going on - so they took up the space of the bar seating area, so you had a choice - sit on a bar stool or not go to the bar. An area could have been made for other guests to enjoy. I got an email in Spanish suggesting to click a link, it did not have Radisson branding on it - I asked reception who it was from and it was from them, I would not click a link I did not recognise. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and it was too hot not to have it going.

Excellent staff - all friendly, polite, helpful. Nice location next to the river. Very modern, could be 1:1 in any European city. Thanks for allocating a room on the top floor (5th) away from the elevators for us upon our request - much appreciated!!

Location is near the mall. I stay here every time we come to the city about once a month. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Gym is adequate I can get some miles in , pool is nice and clean . The staff is amazing very courteous and they remember me . I left my scarf there last time and they were very efficient in finding it and returning it to me on this visit

Safe stay in Guayaguil

Nice and luxurious hotel, friendly welcome, spacious rooms, although loud air conditioning. We had a nice dinner there and did not eat breakfast. Is a bit far from Malecon (5USD by taxi).

Great Hotel In Guayaquil

Great business hotel with everything that you need. Good shower pressure, strong WiFi, and great selection at the breakfast buffet. The reception staff was super helpful and gave us a lot of helpful advice.

The gym was rather small considering the size of the hotel. The location wasn't that great. While it was easily accessible by car, I would not necessarily recommend walking to the hotel after sunset, especially if you are a solo female traveler.

Very good hotel with excellent buffet breakfast. Very good location, close to San Marino and Policentro Malls. A walk distance from Urdesa neighborhood, with several restaurants and coffee shops. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Great room and location! Will definitively will go again!

Our suite was spacious, modern, clean, great view, huge windows.

The suite we had was located above the restaurant and there was a birthday party going on, therefore we had loud music from 18h00 until 23h00. On there terms, we ordered room service, and the food was delivered with only one set of cutlery and no salt or pepper. We had to call concierge again, and wait before eating our meal which included a soup, which was cold by the time we got a spoon.
