Nice quiet place away from hustle and bustle of the city
There's no wifi in the rooms and there's a terrible 6km odd gravel road leading to the estate

Add on facilities available eg. Golf, Spa, Gym, Indoor pool
Bathrooms
Coffee/Cappuccinos at breakfast

Room was clean and stylish and bed very comfortable. Lots of extra touches to make the stay pleasant. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only problem was the lack of soundproofing between the bedrooms. The couple next door were having loud conversations at 5am in the morning and we could hear every word!

Location and serenity
On Sunday they didn't bother to clean the room and to remove rubbish. The room was as it was left, bed unmade, rubbish full in dustbin.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with magnificent panoramic views with ocean to one side and farm to the other. And in between luxury in great quality food, exceptionally beautifully kept golf course that's a welcome challenge to any golfer, friendly and helpful staff who seem to all enjoy being part of the team! I will definitely be visiting you again soon!
Just needed some more fresh veggies on our plates, but cannot find fault with any meal I've had - the quality of the produce clearly inspires the chef <3

I like the peaceful, quietness and service was excellent the staff was so friendly and helpful with the information around Tsitsikama
The only challenge was the gravel road to reach the Estate otherwise I took it as one of the adventures

Breakfast non existent - see below
This place advertises that breakfast lunch and dinner can be purchased at the clubhouse.Having made the booking three months in advance, we were told by text on the afternoon before arrival that the clubhouse would be closed - no food, no drink, no reception, nearest shop 10km away, nearest restaurant ? we couldn't find one.We complained and they just said that they would be closed because it was a public holiday.
Note that even on normal days, the clubhouse is not open on Sunday evenings nor at all on Mondays, rest of the week it closes at 6 30.
Also note that this place is located 10 km down a potholed gravel drive.

Restaurant close early :-)

The views of the ocean were breathtaking!
We waited close to 3 hours for our room, after we arrived to check in as the room was not ready. The management tried to make things better by offering us a complementary lunch for the inconvenience, but we had just driven 13 hours from Pretoria and just wanted a shower and a bed. Honestly, you’re just paying for a place to lay your head, here. Restaurant staff was also incredibly rude, honestly all 4 of us wouldn’t never stay here again, they never even came to clean our unit-for a 4 night stay!

I love the place its very nice and quiet with gorgeous views. The rooms are very clean and new the bed is amazing.
I would improve the food menu was not great so i would definitely improve that in order to get the highest ratings.
Thank you again we will definitely be back.
Food, menu needs to step up and staff service a little better then you will be at the top. Thank you.

Everything was perfect for the duration of the trip.
I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area as a perfect place for accommodation.

Location is exceptional
Check in was very ineffective

The food was good
We arrived for check in and could only check in 18:30 as no rooms were ready. No apologies was given and manager only offered us a drink on the house not everyone is drinkers. The children was crabby as they wanted to rest and couls not access the rooms. They need to have a plan in place for when they short staffed we pay full price and cannot be affected because they don't have control over things

The resort is in a beautiful part of South Africa. The staff is so kind and friendly. If you need to recharge your soul Fynbos is the place to go. Very Clean and neat accommodation. We stayed in Fynbos Ridge and will be back.
There is nothing to not like.

The room and bathroom was very neat and clean.
The fridge was cold and milk was available for tea and coffee - thank you for this.
Would have loved it to sit on the balcony, but it was raining.
Still nice to stand there and view the golf course and the sea
The pathway to our room was dark.
The lights was not on and we are not sure if it was a switch we did not see.
Nothing further to add.

The food was not so great especially the supper we ordered
Need to have a little bit more variety than just what was the and when we got our food it was very cold like it was deep frozen and warmed up

Restaurant needs work. Having to eat and leave the clubhouse by 19.00 makes for an "early bird special " situation. Food preparation was uncaring and inconsistent. Next time we'll go self catering.
