Will be back if there is cold water

The room was neat and clean even though it was outdated and needed some renovation The staff were approachable and willing to help you, especially the receptionist and cleaners 👍

No cold water is available in washrooms 😰 will definitely come back if this issue is sorted out.

Location

We book departure transfer with the Travel Dest girl. Paid a lot of money for departure transfer when we could have paid half of it with another options (only knew later) and the driver where not up to the standard. Reach the airport and just drop us and the lugage on the side pavement. He did not bother to help us with putting them on the rack even though we asked. He just left. And the Travel desk girl seems to be quoting just any price, I visited her desk earlier to ask for price and she advised. On the day of departure when I visited her desk for prepayment, she asked me what price did she quote me earlier, showing that they do not have a fix price, hence over pricing.

Perfect location

The location of the hotel is perfect; walking distance to Dubai Creek, Old Suk and Al Fahidi old district with lots of great eateries and bakeries all around. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with good spacious rooms. The cleaning staff is exceptional: quick, super efficient, discreet and very helpful. During my stay unfortunately I got sick with an infection; the hotel staff looked after me like I was a family member: Jotti (customer relations representative) came personally to my room to see me and make sure all my needs were covered, and the hotel manager gave us a late check out. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The ultimate and much appreciated Gateway for my first Dubai experience!

Everything - except getting there via cab from the airport got a little busy in the electric shop neighborhood. I got an amazing room (huge!) and slept well ! Then the gym was great & the buffet breaki awesome with stellar travel tips from a delightful Jyoti. A perfect launch into this most impressive city.

Egy-két éjszakára jó választás. A kirakott büfé reggeli nem európai embernek való, de kérésre hoznak bármi nekünk is ehető dolgot.

Nem a legjobb környéken van, de ennek megfelelő az ár is.

Relaxing Holidays

The hotel is in compliance with the description, a "good value for money". It's well-located, 5 minutes walk from a metro station (sharaf DG), full of restaurant around, market for shopping nearby, Museum,... But most of all, the hotel is very clean, the room I booked was spacious and all the staff is very helpful: Special thanks to "Jioty", a very kind lady always takes care of your well-being.

Nothing special except stay a bit longer !!!

i don't like the location..for the room,you can hear guest talking, laughing, shouting from the next door.you need to call & complaint to the hotel. came with my wife, booked for double bed but they gave me 2 single bed instead the hotel is quite old and the furniture is almost run down

The room is big and clean Receptionist and people came to attend to what we need are all very nice

The access to the hotel very busy road and a lot of traffic Breakfast not a lot of choices No pack breakfast even a sandwich or drink - saying we did ask for it as we left the hotel at 0530 - but on our departure they said no takeout but we can just eat there , well we are in a rush due to a morning flight.

Perfect location for Meena bazaar and Burdubai

Location good for shopping at Meena bazaar. There are big rooms for stay 3 Adults with reasonable price. Many Indian restaurants near hotel.

I liked the accommodation. It was wonderful and special thanks to receptionist Omar and Zaim for their hospitality both had good knowledge about the leisure activities. Thank you gateway for this wonderful stay.

A stay with comfort and very professional staff

Ambience and services . Mr Rahul from front desk Mr omer from security desk and Mr inam whereas Mrs Supria provided best services during our stay in this property. Mr Manjeet from F&B also served professionally, and we will come and would like to stay again in this property.

Perfect for a family escape to explore Dubai. Friendly staff, great location, very good value for money.

Excellent location, walking distance from the metro lines, the Old Souk and the Al Ghubaiba bus station yet very quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, perfect for a family escape. The staff is extremely friendly, they show their enthusiasm for the guests. Staying with a 1,5 year-old toddler was a very good experience, everyone took a very good care of us.
