We loved our stay at this apartment!

It was close to the mall and in a well secured place. The view was so nice, the garden and ponds were well Maintained. Breakfast was great! We got help with our luggage when checking in and also when checking out👍.

The most beautiful view. The lady staff very friendly.

The bathtub tap was broken. The gentleman staff in reception not friendly at all. Asked to get water just to drink my medication he gave me attitude saying we only give out water first day of arrival. So rude. I was near reception hence i asked them

Excellent, just needed a room to sleep at night, it was perfect for me.

Very nice safe location, the room was well done, modern and comfortable.

I knew exactly what I was booking, so no complaints. Hotel has no extra facilities, you only get the room.

One of the best stays I've had in Cape Town. Every need was met.

The hotel room is spacious. I was fortunate to have room with a balcony that looked over the canal. The view were spectacular. The room has a small kitchen and a good size desk for remote working. One of the largest shopping centres is just across the canal with everything you may ever want.

There is only limited light back-up power during load shedding, so come prepared for that. A hotel like this should consider a stronger backup solution, so that customers are not directly affected by load shedding.

Truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

There's no generator so loadshedding will affect you fully. The only lights that stayed on during loadshedding were in the bathroom, rest of the place was dark.

everything, the location, the lake view. the mall is steps away and has everything you need even the food is halal the staff was helpful and very friendly specially Lissie and Chad..i came for work and they made it an easy trip even during load shedding they managed it very well thank you.

Functional room. Fridge could be bigger and TV is old-school small. Nice very big balcony overlooking the water. We didn't check the breakfast. Daily service for the room.

I would suggest this to anyone if they ask me. what a perfect safe location right opposite canal walk shopping mall.

If you cater for halaal breakfast would be good for customers like us and definitely would attract more Muslims. eggs only made a separate pan isn’t enough for a breakfast. I had eggs potato patty and beans mostly but have some option even behind the kitchen just for halaal dietary requirement guys.
