No lobby with reception very hard to get into the hotel as it seems they constantly renovate I don’t recommend at all
Hard to find the main entrance no facilities what so ever no swimming pool or gym that is open in decent hours

地理位置还算方便。
设施太陈旧,而且床上用品尤其是枕头用着不舒服,两个枕头一个太硬,另一个又软又扁!

Good location.
I expected a lot more from a $300 per night Hyatt Regency. It looked like an old Chinese hotel from 1990.

Room, bed, rest room was exceptional.

I really like the hotel, the room was spacious and clean. They prepared the room with 3 beds to accommodate us all as we were 2 adults and 2 children. There was a market in the hotel that is open for 24 hours. There was a subway station just underneath the hotel. The view was amazing looking at near by park. We really like our stay at the hotel.

Location was very good. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Found the property did not meet our expectations. Decor dark and very dated. Really expected more from a Hyatt property. Really hated the paper cups for tea/coffee. How hard is it to provide proper cups for customers?

chose this hotel as it was on the Limousine bus route from Haneda and a a solo traveller visiting Japan for the 1st time this worked out brilliantly. Easy access to the metro and the onsite 7/11 allowed for a very smooth and quick transition to Japan. The room was large by Japanese standards, very well equipped and I was fortunate to have a view of Mt. Fuji
all good

I enjoyed the breakfast which provided a comprehensive selection of both international and Japanese dishes. We were well supported by the concierge staff on our departure from the hotel by a prearranged taxi.
There was no doorman to unload my cases from the taxi and transport my luggage to reception. The half a dozen staff responsible for this service were all clustered around the concierge desk inside the hotel and didn’t make an appearance until We had struggled inside with our luggage. The rooms were stark and unwelcoming. We felt the hotel had no soul.
5.0
The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park, convenience stores, and restaurants, but away from the crowd at Shinjuku Station. The hotel has a cab stand for easy access to the station. Upon check-in, our luggage was delivered to our room and the luggage handler explained the features of the room. Her English was sufficient for us to understand how to work the various features of the room.
We would have preferred to be able to purchase breakfast tickets through Booking.com rather than paying separately for the breakfast buffet.

Good services
The sofa bed need a new mattress
If possible try to fix a price for an included breakfast so that it will please the clients and attract more visitors easily

Everything from location to staff to the room to the cafe on the first floor. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan
Nothing at all
3.0
The location and all staff spoke English.
The interior of the room is so dated. I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto and this was the most dated and also one of the more expensive ones.

Club room was great … champagne and snacks
Nice breakfast
Food good have been kept hotter … little cool

Good location for the subway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the Caffe restaurant
Our room was comfortable and clean but in need of some refurbishment.
4.5
Service was splendid. The buffet breakfast was one of the best!
Rooms are one of the spacious in Tokyo, v good for three of us with ample luggage.
We stayed at the start and end of a trip and were able to store our luggage at the hotel as well as have a package delivered and received by the hotel before our return.
Nothing in particular but the hotel is a little dated in respect of decor and the top floors are not all utilised where the best views are ~ the bar should move up there!

Good sized room with an excellent view of Fuji (on the clear day), hotel is smart very American feel to it, could have been in the USA. Very smart lobby, staff helpful and a mix of tourist and business guests.
Check in was really slow, frustrating when tired. As much as the brand was aligned to USA Hyatt, would have been nice to have more of a Tokyo feel.

Location
Not sound proof. Had kids stomping at all hours of the night and early in the mornings. Hotel staff went to investigate and asked them to stop but the kids didn’t. At one stage one of their jumps caused the glasses in the room to shake. Feels extremely flimsy for such a large hotel. Not the staffs’ fault.
3.5
I liked how polite and nice the staffs were and also, there was a train station right around the corner.
I didn’t think the price was worth it. It was old and outdated. I think the rooms could use some remodeling.
5.0
Great location. Friendly staff afforded us a check in at 8.15am (!) when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. Have stored our luggage whilst we were away for three days and now back for another four. This room is the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We will come back next year when we are here.
Rooms could do with a update as a little old, but not an issue for us at all. Bathroom in corner room is small. Smaller than deluxe, but room size in those is less. I understand renovations start in May this year.

View was amazing
Initial confusion as to what rom type had been booked. Room booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but when we arrived could only accommodate 3 (expected to sleep 3 in a bed) and was only set up for 3 (eg 3 pillows, 3 bottles of water)
Bathroom was very small
No pool or onsen at hotel (which we knew when booking but for the price and the quality of the hotel you would assume it would have a pool)

Foyer was impressive. Location was great.
Facilities had been permanently closed like the swimming pool. No outside space as roof closed. Expensive as facilities have been downgraded.
4.5
The room is spacious and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also, there is an airport express bus located in front of the hotel which is so convenient.
The location is a little far from shopping area and take time to get to the subway even though the station is located under the building. If come with family that have young children and old people, I suggest taxi woul be an option to get to Shinjuku.

Clean, and big for Japanese standards. Also right on top of one of the train stations.
Not super close to the Shinjuku station.

Club lounge with view of Mt Fuji. Breakfast, tea and evening cocktail was fantastic. Short walk to Shinjuku.

The hotel was well sited to where our tours started from which is why we picked it.
The decor is dated and a bit tired but I understand a major renovation is taking place soon. They only provided one paper cup per person for hot drinks per day which I thought was a bit low rent for a Hyatt hotel.
1.0
The lift that you could see the view out of.
The property is getting a bit tired and needs an upgrade.

Spacious room, nice view of Mt Fuji on a clear day
near to facilities, love that Tokyo Met Govt building is just opposite, free viewing gallery
Steps to get to the property, especially when you managing few luggages
4.5
Hotel is of high standards, consistent globally. It is in the heart of the government buildings so everything around is easy for tourist and there is a lot of non Japanese places like pizza/sizzler etc. best of all u can walk to Shinjuku bustling hub (mostly underground) in 15 minutes…so very convenient. Also chu park next door has Starbucks and it’s a very nice park just to get a break from the business. Also a very very handy mini supermarket (not 7/11) down the road where we got blueberries/cucumbers and snacks.
Depending on age of kids, might be a little tight with 2 kids older than 10. Sleeps 4 a bit too cosy.
4.5
Clean. Well appointed
Room a bit small
