Está bien ubicado.
No se podía seleccionar la temperatura de la habitación y tuvimos que abrir la ventana (fuera había 6ºC) para poder dormir.

Friendly staff
Nice room
The room overlooked the high road.
But wasn't too bad when the window was closed

The staff was very helpful with all questions we had and it was very connected to tube & bus. Everything seemed to be quite clean as well.
Where to start? The hotel definitely has seen its best days around 20-25 years ago. Immediately upon arriving the water ran cold, so we had to make do with icy showers right after coming from the airport. The staff was very helpful in fixing the issue and was overal very nice, but we ended up with only around 60% of our stay with hot water. The breakfast was overpriced and very poorly made, the continental pretty much existing out of two slices of bread and some marmelade. It seemed like everything was working against us, from the tiny creaky bed that dug into our backs, to the blowdrier that started fuming and looked like it was going to explode, to the russian roulette with hot water and random power outage inbetween (which only got tended to once WE went down into the lobby???). The wifi was atrocious, forget about it entirely.
Not directly related to the property, but the area around the hotel also just did not feel very safe, men were screaming at each other right across the street when we arrived and we were approached several times by very weird people - I can really only recommend it for the accessibility. Overall we were quite exhausted by the end of our stay and we will unfortunately not be booking again.
6.0
-Comfortable room
-Close to underground Maryland station
-Close to supermarket and restaurants
-Noise cancelling of the room
-Heating was too much in the bathroom and wasn't easy to turn it off
-Wifi wasn't working

Room was very small. Ok cos I was there for just one night. However, the noise was atrocious could barely sleep.
Too noisy
When I sought help with the staff she just wasn't helpful at all. Kinda dismissive.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed
It was quite noisy. You couldn't close the windows because there is no indoor air-conditioning.
But the worst part was the smell from kitchen/cafe in the morning.
7.0
It was close to where I needed to be. And a newer bathroom
It said they had toiletries but when asked, they didn’t. The front desk people were pleasant but did not talk much nor smile. They got better by the end of the stay. I would not keep the tea and coffee sips by the hairdryer.

Location
The room was too small. No mattress provided
3.0
the carpet in the room was stained and wet, the bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs sticking out, there was rips in the carpet and stains in the hallway, the hallway had cleaning stuff outside my door and when I got in from a long day of travelling all I could hear is the neighbour in another room moaning having sex, so I rang reception to tell them that I was unhappy, they ended the call on me and told me to stop being rude
4.0
The staff and the warmth of the room
Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows was so thin had to ask for extras. The holes in the bathroom was not nice. Was to afraid to sit on the chair as it rocked and was not safe.

Staff very polite!

Room was super warm. Bed very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Location very convenient for Stratford Centre and Westfields. Value for money. Maybe a few more sachets of tea, coffee, milk etc in the room but that is a minor detail. It was a good night’s stay and would use again.

Staff were very nice and helpful
Noise from traffic through thin windows, lots of light came in around the curtains and doors slamming from other guests through the night- 03.30 for example. Difficult to sleep.

Really clean friendly family run hotel and was ideally situated from Stratford station
6.0
Location was great for Stratford train station (10 min walk) and Abba Arena (25 min walk) but cheaper than hotels nearer. (apart from Snoozebox).
Bed was very comfy and room cleaned for the 2 nights we visited.
Shower was great.
TV didn't work. Clock didn't work (not thay we needed it). No sink plug. Water stains on bathroom ceiling. Noisy at night from outside but it is on a fairly busy road. Woken on several occasions.. Even noisy in the hallway.. not much respect for people sleeping.

The Staff are friendly.
Though not spotless when looked deeper, it was surface clean, and sufficed.
Room size good. Quieter at back, as main rd is noisey.
Access for the Olympic stadium not too bad, short taxi, or 30 min walk.
Best bit was Leaving.
Inside is a bit tired, with a funny smell, and for almost £300 for 1 night just wasn’t worth the money,
Parking extremely tight, and car in the morning had berries and pigeon droppings over the car.
You have to hand over your car key to reception, in case they want to move it, not happy, as my car is expensive and is a pride of joy, didn’t want anybody moving my property.
I asked if I could check in my bags an hour or 2 earlier, was told yes in a previous mail, only for on the day told it’s an extra £10 an hour, as if I hadn’t paid enough.
The area, does not feel safe, I’m no snob, I’m from Birmingham but it was a bit rough.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Convenient for the Station.
The lift is still not working (over 5 months now) The TV didn't work. The room was very hot but it was too noisy to open the window.

great location , friendly people , parking

The hotel is dated. Things don’t work, sockets are loose, bedding is thin
All the basics are available and it appears to be clean but basic and dated are very much the words for the hotel.
Very basic, out dated and worn furniture.
Old curtains, carpets and marks / stains in the walls
Things that’s don’t work, clocks, lights etc, who needs a clock these days. Could just be taken down.
Door deadlock didn’t work properly

We were overnighting before an early flight from City Airport. The hotel is well located an easy 10 minutes' walk from Stratford Station, where trains take just over 20 minutes to the airport. 24 hour reception is really useful. The facilities are no frills but everything is spotless and fittings are all new. The bed was comfy, bathroom roomy enough, kettle and hot drinks supplied. We appreciated windows we could open for air. We did not try the breakfast (left too early). But for dinner, the Rodina 2 Bulgarian restaurant by the shopping centre is highly recommended for a tasty, non-chain eat. The hotel is excellent value - we felt very smug walking past the Ibis Hotel next door which was proudly displaying a room price more than double what we had paid.
The lift was out of order. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be common or maybe permanent. But we can't complain for the price.

nice value for the money

hopefull staff
