Bed was clean and comfortable and the TV did work.
The room was incredibly small, the bathroom floor was cracked and smelt like wet plaster which eminated throughout the whole 8ftx3ft of the room. The shower rail was broken, and the chest of drawers, I wouldnt dare touch never mind use. There is tea and coffee making facilities but no milk.

close to where we were going
I paid for a double room, was given a twin with 2 single beds there was a massive patch of wet/dirt on the floor in the corner, the shower was dirty and the shelves were extremely rusty. the whole room felt like a dirty crack den and frankly I hardly slept because of the street noise, the noise from the rooms above, next door and below and the worry of a rat or worse coming into our room.

I had a private room with an included bathroom.
Bed was comfy and the room was clean.
For a cheap room for a couple nights sleep, it's fine.
Tiny creaky stairwell to get to lower floor. Shower is tiny and you have to hold the shower head up to be able to shower.

The room was comfy but had alot issues, the customer service was good ,the location really ideal for me .as is close to my work place, but finances wise I won't recommend it is way too expensive no offer deal is now 2 night the rate doesn't match those kind of room standards
No offer deal when want to extend your stay , room wasn't check before I check in ,find multiple defect put me in higher room , I got asthma so wasn't easy for me ,no view,

didn’t get to stay in the hotel we paid for
we were put into a different hotel owned by the same company

I was looking for a budget location, and it was good enough. A place is not so far from the metro station, a small fridge in the room, stable WiFi.
The hotel is far from the center, and the room is tiny, but for this price it is ok. I put a lower rating because there was no table in the room (which I needed for using a laptop), at least a small one would be nice.

The room was comfortable and peaceful. Good for the price. Receptionists were nice and very helpful.
The walls were a bit thin, could hear people in the adjoining room.

Very kind Staff. My friends and I arrived tired and bedraggled, we were immediately given the nearest room. Where we rested briefly with a nice cup of tea before heading out again into the chilling December night. Very clean, lovely marbled and mosaic flooring.
Get your request for a blanket in promptly! The comfort of the clean beds is reflected in the exceptionally good, bargain cost of your stay.

I didn't like anything about this hotel
I had a very bad experience with staying at the hotel. I booked online for 1 double room with a double bed. When I arrived at the hotel I have been by the reception that they didn't have any room available for me despite I booked online from advance. I have been offered a single room with a single bed . The room was very cold as the heating was not working. I couldn't sleep all night as it was very cold. The staff was not friendly. I didn't recommend it to any customer as I have been cheated by this fake hotel. I will never book it again.

In all honesty nothing
The fact I booked one hotel and was told then told I was staying in another hotel down the road
The cost of a nights stay is criminal @ £250
The bed
The pillow
The hot room temp / lack of ability to open the window
The cold tap releasing luke warm water having been run for a long time.

staff responses
The rooms are too small and the beds are tiny. We booked for Sapphire but we read a poster at the hotel door that we are supposed to check in at the seventh door which is Pearl Hotel .
1.5
The location only
The hotel facilities do not reflect what is advertised online. Also, the hotel stay was changed to another one without notice. I was required to stay at Pearl hotel which I didn't book online.

clean and the staff were brilliant
the noise from other guests all through the earl hours of the morning banging and all sorts. on the last night there, there was a lot of police called to deal with hotel guests which was rather uncomfortable and made sleeping a lot harder

very little
wasn’t the cleanest of rooms. it was very noisy. every time the room upstairs flushed their toilet you could hear everything coming down the pipes. a lot of noise from the road and you could hear everything that was said in reception and the hallway

good location room was clean
the staff was very accommodating when I requested a late check out due to not feeling well

Friendly staff, fridge in the room, decent location.
My second time staying here and it may be the last. I was checking in as early as i could as i needed to get ready to go out. I was not going to be returning until early hours and then check out in the morning. This is why i did not complain about what i wrote here.
After unpacking and sorting out my outfit, i went to put on the tv. It did not work, i checked to see if it was plugged in, and all the wires were hanging out of the plug. The plug was live (there was a green light on it) and it had no back. Very unsafe. If i had noticed this before unpacking and the fact i was limited with time, i would have complained. TV did not work throughout the stay. Fan held together with tape, the light was on, but it did not work. Paint on walls coming off, stains on curtain, shower shelf was all rusted and horrible, shower head was full of limescale, things not attached properly in the bathroom. Wifi signal was intermittent and cutting out (im guessing due to my room location below ground level) At £90 for a single room for 1 night, i would expect basics. But basics is not what i got. I'm incredibly disappointed as the first stay i had a couple of months ago was ok. Photos included.

nothing to like about it , host were unfriendly and rude , so basically got there, they wouldn’t check me in sapphire hotel so got moved to pearls hotel which is 7 doors up the road. do not waste your money , rubbish place
tiny room looks nothing like the pictures, do not take your business to those people , rude and unfriendly…when i asked how is such a poor service he said he will cancel the booking and put me on the street

I liked the addition of a fridge to the room, it meant I could store a few supplies to last me through my trip, rather than keep having to go and spend money. The location is right near a Sainsburys local so I could pop in and just get what I needed.
I was in room 60, the tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked. They were covered by a towel, but if I hadn't noticed there was a potential I could have cut my foot. I didn't.
There is on step on the way up and down which is a fraction higher than the others so there is a chance you may trip if you're caught off guard.
I was a bit puzzled why the guard on the fan was on the floor but I didn't need to use it so it didn't matter.
