You should have e-bike for your guest.

Location was good and I did not take breakfast because I m fully vegaterian and I cooked my food in the apartment. Your Staff is very good and they have good behavior and nice / kind. I was enjoy there.

I was stay there for 10-15 days at your respective property. all was good but I felt in two nights some unknown people were laughing out loud and shouting and screamd in the mid night in the outside my apartment (in the corridor) and I wokeup and I was disturb for two nights. Please look this matter.

great apt, great time but needs to update and install AC

we had a great time and were surprised with how nice the place was BUT, like many places in Europe there was no air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. the room was a constant 29 Celsius degrees. fans were not enough.

We would stay here again. All in all, comfortable and convenient.

The location was fabulous. Lots of dining choices, grocery amenities, tram access, great neighborhood, and quiet.

The apartment was clean, but not exceptionally so. Lots of dust on the furniture. Also, we were unable to open the windows at night to get some cool air. Probably nothing can be done about that.

Nice - Some Drawbacks

Good location close to tram & neighbourhood restaurants, bars & shops. We were thankful for the basic housekeeping during our long stay. Staff were helpful.

No wifi instructions in property & it was very difficult to access the wifi network, with conflicting instructions from staff. A distinct lack of privacy in the apartments with stairs to upper level bedroom & bathroom exposed to flats opposite. Floor to ceiling windows on one side of living/dining/kitchen & large windows on the other side mean the open bedroom on the mezzanine level is exposed to apartments on both sides - unless the curtains & blinds are closed. The long, heavy curtains are coming off their hooks/tracks & sagging. At least 5 lights in the bedroom didn't work. It was a very expensive property. Difficult to cool in hot weather - especially the bedroom.

Very poor

Good location, one of the beds was great!

We were locked in the space for the nights. The apartmets are located in third floor, steep staircase. U have a person to help u take your stuff in but there was no one to help us down. This space is not accessible!!!! Also windows were bulted close with bad air ventilation and 27c heat at night. There were stains on walls and feses in the toilet and between the toilet buttons. Staff assumes gender. Always when we raised a problem someone said they will take care of it, but the issues were not fixed. We asked for a transfer for medical reasons, to an other living situation that would help someone with disability to move (as the ad did not match up to reality) but they could not do anything. Dissapointed and sad that this affected majorly to our trip.

Great place for our visit to Amsterdam

we loved how big the apartment is. Lots of space for 4 people. Confortable beds and pillows. The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. Thanks very much to Erik for his great help and advice

good location and all that one needed for a comfortable and convenient stay .

although generously spacious no storage space provided for guests in the second bedroom … staff very willing to provide extra hangars and we used the clothes dryer as hanging space . A space to put groceries Wld have been appreciated and plenty of space for some shelves or cupboards for this purpose . TV’s did not work which was not a problem for us. Hotel staff very willing to help with any requests. Just one factor was that as we had to be out of the apartment in the morning and were only flying late in the evening it wld have been very convenient if they could have made a bathroom available for a quick shower before we had to leave as we had a long distance flight ahead of us . Realise that could be inconvenient for the hotel but felt a plan cld have been made for guests convenience . 10 minutes was all that was needed .

Good

It was a unique location. The beds were very comfortable. Having a Nespresso coffee machine was very nice.

The noise from the hallway, and people smoking in the hallway, made it difficult to have any fresh air into our apartment. It was also very noisy in the stairwell from other visitors coming and going and speaking loudly. We stayed in our apartment for three weeks, and without going to the front desk, we would never have received any additional supplies, for example, coffee, sugar, cream. We always had to go to the front desk to get dish cloths, and cloths to dry dishes. These supplies should be standard things that are looked at every time the room is cleaned.

Good Experience

The location and the apartment were great.

There was no elevator, so if you have lots of heavy luggage it would be difficult to left them all. Also, the check-in in process was confusing, as the reception of the hotel is in another building, different from the one with the apartment itself.

Amazing apartment (apart from the lach of air conditioning)-Great location and really friendly staff

Great location - close to market streets and Vondel Park (~10 mins walk). Very spacious apartment for a 4 member family - we could cook and stay in if needed. Rooms are great and have total blinds for the sun in the morning. Really happy overall.

There is no air condition for the hot summer days. There are fans in the apartment but being on the top foor, when it's sunny all day and hot outside, the fans just aren't enough. On top of that, there is no way to open any window so you are just relying on the air circulation system (which is available in all rooms). Perhaps not a major problem for the rest of the year when it isn't that hot.

Great place for our first visit to Amsterdam.

Hotel close by. Robes and slippers for all guests. Good location though with a food hall 5 minutes away and most of the sights only 15 minutes away via walking. Loved How big the apartment is. Lots of space for a family of 4. Comfy beds and pillows.

Receptionists weren’t too knowledgeable about getting into the apartments. We had questions about some of the appliances and how to open the windows but no technician showed up even though the hotel scheduled them to come. It was a little a loud during the weekends because of the neighbors. As with most Amsterdam buildings, it is tall and narrow. Our apartment was on the third floor with no elevator.

Large and comfortable apartment in a lovely quieter area of Amsterdam

Huge space, fantastic location and very clean. It’s handy to have a kitchen and coffee machine and create a bit of a home for an extended stay.

There are a lot of stairs so don’t book this apartment if you have mobility issues. It didn’t bother me at all but it would be a problem for some travellers.

Nice but not perfect

The place was in an area near a very good food hall. About 15 mins walk from the centre and a few minutes from a tram to the central station. They had a coffee machine and white goods that were useful with the baby. The mid week clean was very good and they replenished the coffee and towels.

The stairs are a big problem if you are not fit. There was nowhere to leave the the buggy so my son had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs. the stairs are not like at home very steep. There was no wardrobe or clothes storage facility in one of the bedrooms and no cupboard space for food just the fridge. The view canal side NO just dirty roof. My daughter in a different flat said when on the mezzanine bedroom they were on view to the flats opposite if they forgot to close the curtains downstairs.

Location and space was great - the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, has a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with all cleaning supplies and coffee tea etc provided. Good for longer stay.

The lights in the main bedroom did not work (technical issue) so we had to rely only on side staining lamps that did not provide enough light. A desk with plugs would be helpful - although there is a kitchen table but no plugs there. Also no curtain in passage - 2 small windows that open to the passage way / arcade so never quite sure what the weather is like outside.

Great location with excellent wifi

Great location and very spacious loft apartment.

It would have been great to have block out blinds on the windows next to the door, just to really darken at night. Small thing but would have made it perfect.
