Within blocks of the Duomo / a metro station. Clean property and very friendly staff.

The property is within blocks of the Duomo... and there's also a Metro station nearby. Great place to organize trips from. Quality restaurants (and coffee shops) are just steps away from the main door. Very clean - and looks like staff/management really is interested in delivering a good customer experience. Check-in staff was very friendly (and professional.) My train was delayed and they made sure I was taken care of. Would recommend!

It required my needing to speak with someone to find the main entrance/access. (This was easily resolved.) It is not so much "didn't like" - the entrance just wasn't intuitive to me at night the first time. (The property is located within a multi-tenant building (which is not a problem).)

The location is perfect and this is the main thing that justifies the price. The Duomo is basically just around the corner, and almost all of the amenities are accessible on foot (The Last Supper, Vineyard, Museo del 900...) The room is not as spacious as one might think looking at the pictures, but it was OK, equipped with basic accesories, such as coffee machine, mini bar and such. Double bed was small in size, but suprisingly cosy. The staff was really nice and helpful, though.

The bathroom was quite small, and our shower was broken and messy, not thoroughly cleaned in the corners, but usable. Could be cleaned with a little more detail overall. The terrace was small, but cute in idea, however it was so dirrty that we couldn't in fact even use it.

here is not a hotel

Hello, in the reservation I made, I paid 629 euros in advance and it was written that I had to pay 12 euro city tax at the facility. When I went to the hotel, although the reservation was for 2 people, because my wife's name was not written, they charged me 40 EURO and my wife an extra 52 EURO, including 12 EURO, this is a fraud. I request a refund of this amount to my credit card

Wonderful, extremely helpful staff. Fabulous area 1 minute walk to Duomo

Very calm accommodation and wonderful to come back to after busy days out

Overall very happy!

The property itself is in the perfect location. All facilities were clean and the room was cozy.

The air conditioning did not work. This was a pain in June, with the weather being hot and humid.

Location was excellent. Car par was just around the corner and you could just walk everywhere for sightseeing.

There was no possibility for breakfast at the hotel but there where cafe's nearby.

Xmas muffin and they provide tea and coffee in the room. Spacious bathroom though the shower area is ok. The lounge area is comfy too..very quiet area and I got my room early.

Nice room, great location.

Large windows with no heavy curtains so room is very light in the morning. Needs clearer signage as we struggled to find it.

Fantastic location and friendly staff.

brilliant location, very friendly and very helpful staff. we came for the f1 and had no clue how to get to Monza, we were left some instruction at our bedroom door which we used and go there so quickly. would definitely recommend to friends and family. bed is super comfortable. mini bar is fab too and very reasonably priced.
