Unkomplizierter Check In und out. War (für uns) perfekt gelegen, um zum Flughafen zu kommen.

Otelin odası temiz ve güzel. Lefkoşenin eski mahallesinde olmasından dolayı sessiz bir yer.
Bulunduğu konum güvenlikli degil. Resepsiyon yok. Anahtar ile kendiniz giriyorsunuz. Güvenlik sıfır.

The apartment itself is lovely. Very pretty and lovely blue paint. Secure outside fob to get in or use the key. Once inside is reception and a small table and chairs in the courtyard shaded with an umbrella and the apartments around that. Bathroom has a washing machine even which is great, but we didn't use it. The bedroom had good air conditioning and also air con in the lounge area with a small table and sofa bed designed as the adult and kid room. Fridge in the bedroom also. 2 small waters and 2 earl grey tea bags provided. Nice place. Location is good for being 12 mins from Buyak Han and the central market. And maybe 20 from Ledra street crossing for shopping. Wasn't far and you can browse the shops and stalls on the way.
Kids tried to open our car door when we parked it directly out front. We could hear them from the room, and got a little paranoid about people going past the car.
Will post pictures of the area just behind the accommodation. You can park outside the museum in a small stretch of cars but it is tricky to navigate the small streets.

Cute tiny summer house hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Reminded me of the holidays spent at my grandparent’s house as a child. Amazing host.

Perfect little hotel, very clean room and walking distance to the centre.

Nicely decorated small "hotel" in the old town of Nicosia. It actually consists of a small 3x3m courtyard with 4 or 5 rooms situated around it. Breakfast is served in the bigger hotel from the same owner few minutes away. It felt like rooms were freshly renovated, clean and modern. Were were the only guest, occupying 2 rooms, therefore the whole place felt private (if all rooms are occupied most probably it gets a little more crowded and noisy). Location is great; it is easy to walk around old town of Nicosia including European part. Would stay here again!
We were arriving with a car and had some difficulties navigating extremely narrow streets to the hotel (300m or so from the main road). No parking is available at the hotel, but we were allowed to leave the car just in front of the house for two days blocking the way leading to the neighbors. Thank you for that! :)

location and very clean and tidy 👍👍

Beautifully designed place, very good value for money
The staff was friendly but no one was ever around apart from check-in and the lady didn't stick to appointments. Further, there was no minibar, food, slippers and some other things mentioned in "facilities". Bedside lamp didn't work and the one at the ceiling only had one bulb out of four. Bathroom door had to be pushed hard as the washing basin was too big and it collided every time. Otherwise great value for money.

Authentic building, really well renovated. Had everything you needed - fridge, kettle etc
Wasn't told no daily servicing - emptying of bins, supply of toilet rolls!
4.2
it was quiet, clean, and had really amazing water pressure in the shower

The authenticity of the beautiful little building , and living in the northern area of the Old City . The decaying buildings in our surronding areas made our experience even more authentic . The sympathetic restoration , and great bathroom + a little sitting room with sofa and table and chairs ,made for a very comfortable 7 day stay . Very central location to everything , with all historical sites within walking distance
Nothing !

cute vintage vibe, host is very friendly and flexible.

The room was very big and very comfortable and I liked a lot its modern traditional style. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner of the room was very kind and helpful.
There were some insects (not dangerous) in the bathroom.

Every detail is so charming and welcoming. I love what they did with a historic property.
Not much really, just not the easiest place to find.

This Hotel is a little juwel tucked away in a side street of Northern Nikosia. Very nice reception by Dudu - we felt truly welcome. All Shops and nightlife and the Border in walking distance.

Location.
It was noisy outside the house.
4.2
The location, the ruins around is shocking at first.

The property is an old traditional family house converted to a small, boutique hotel. We travelled with a toddler and were booked into a 2 room suite (the pull out couch in the 2nd, connected room was perfect for a toddler). We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful old town. We opted for a breakfast (at extra charge) served at nearby property - definitely recommended!
4.2
Very nice hotel in the historical centre of Nicosia.
4.2
Location, cleanliness, breakfast.
It is 10.min to the center of old Town. Breakfast is served few min away in a hotel. There is inside garden where you can have a drink while kids sleep.
Strange smell, as it has not been ventilated for some time.
But is is an old bulding in old part of Nicosia, so you can not just open the window towards the street.
