Spa facilities
We stayed with our young child of 9 months old. Every evening, the hallways and corridors to the rooms would fill up with cigarette smoke, the smell and smoke would seep into the room and make it near impossible to sleep. Throughout the day the lobby would constantly smell of cigarettes. We were aware that smoking is permitted, but the stench is so off putting, you can’t relax. Not for anyone with a family or on a holiday. It’s main attraction is the Casino and lots of smoking

The swimming pool is with hot water!Perfect for winter time
Nobody helped us with our staff to the room.Beds are not comfortable, but the worst experience we had in the SPA centre. We had the worst masaj and peeling and foam treatment ever.
This is disrespecting people's money
Pasha Hotel in Kerynia is top,but from this in Nicosia..i am very disappointed

The staff at reception were very rude. False advertising,no spa bath only in president suite. The only reason I booked was because of the spa bath. Receptionist was very rude when we went to complain.

When booking this hotel, there was a pool. It didnt say that the pool was not yet built! That was the main reason for us picking that hotel - use of pool. VERY DISAPOINTING.
There was a pool advertised - got there, no pool.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT.
4.0 / 5.0
Good location, lots of shops and places to eat all within easy walking distance. Plenty of free parking spaces, which was excellent for us as we had a hire car.
the only thing that let the hotel down for us was the breakfast, the choices were poor for a 5 start hotel.
2.5 / 5.0
Good breakfast and a lot of choices. House keeping is good.
I stayed in a 3 star hotel very close by previously and I find this hotel quite disappointing compared to the cheaper hotel as it is more than twice as expensive. At breakfast, no allergen disclaimer on bread rolls with sesame, only 330 ml of water per guest per day, the 3 star hotel gave us 2 ltrs per day. Most Staff here don’t speak English. It’s very hard to find someone who can communicate fluently in English which is disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Room service food delivery is brought uncovered, with covid this is just unacceptable. WiFi is not good in this hotel and you have to keep switching between wifis. The fridge is full of crap chocolate and drinks which means you can’t bring your own stuff as there’s no space. Overall, very disappointing for a 5 star hotel and I won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel.
