Midden in Nicosia, vriendelijk personeel.

Absolutely nothing. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in there’s been at least one redeeming feature, but not here.
First and foremost: **THIS IS NOT A SAFE HOTEL**. I’m a fairly well-built man and I felt threatened and intimidated - see further.
I originally posted this on google, but it the owner seems to have flagged it. Read to understand why. I post this so others don’t have to experience what I did at this awful hotel.
A dispute over a 20 euro phone bill apparently justifies the manager in using threats, assault and damage of property (I had my backpack ripped after the manager tried to grab me and physically assault me). I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had a fist raised at me like I have here. No amount of money justifies this, especially not a measly 20 euros.
The manager is a greasy thug, and there’s a nicer hotel literally next door if you’re after the location.
—————
In all my years of traveling, I can say with certainty this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
1. The room was dirty on arrival, with rubbish on the floor, including somebody’s tissue (as pictured).
2. The aircon was absolutely useless, and if anything seemed to make an already hot room hotter. The balcony door was stuck shut and couldn’t open.
3. No hot water - not as much of an issue in summer, but you still feel dirty and unclean.
4. Staff were not only rude and unhelpful, but seem to treat payings guests with complete disdain. I got into a situation with my bank where I couldn’t access my money, and the man at the counter, when trying to use the phone to call out - clearly alone and desperate and in need of help at 2:30am - was incredibly rude and dismissive, and couldn’t seem to understand or fathom the concept of customer service.
Overall, a very negative impression, and I would recommend to anyone to avoid this place. Horrible, horrible customer service, poor quality.

Camera fatiscente e puzzolente.

The location within the centre of Nicosia.
The interior of the space lacks attention to detail, and the overall quality falls short of justifying the price. The room appears to be poorly maintained, further diminishing the overall experience.
The inconvenience of the shower is compounded by a notable lack of cleanliness, with the shower head showing clear signs of neglect from prolonged use. This detracts significantly from the overall comfort and hygiene of the space.

The hotel staff including the reception, the kitchen and the dining room were courteous, professional and provided excellent service The location of the hotel is one minute from the main Ledera Street, a central station for those arriving by bus and the Nicosia Motorcycle Museum The hotel is quiet, has privacy, spacious and clean rooms with a balcony and the facilities work properly
3.6
The friendliness of the staff
The early noise from a mosque at 4.30 in the morning.
The plastic floor had many breaks and close to the balcony was just floorboards
the paint was flaking around the balcony door

No complaints!

Great location. Car parking at hotel. Decent sized room with small fridge. Excellent fit an overnight. Very decent breakfast.
Traffic noise but that's not the fault of the hotel.
3.6
Location and free parking
The rooms are tired, and the bathrooms need refurbishing
3.6
The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city center.
The stuff is friendly and the breakfast was quite decent as well.
The rooms are spacious and the wireless connection to the internet is fine.
Although the room and bathroom were clean, the bed substrate (not the mattress) was dirty with lots of stains, and the toilet and the bathtub are quite old with stains of rust or lime.

location
Asked for tea and coffee as shown in booking.com photos!!
Told I was only in a Superior room and not in Executive Room : So I had to leave the Hotel and walk down the road to purchase a Drink

Location is ok and lots of parking space. Nice reception staff
It's an old & cheap place. Rooms needs renovation and breakfast is of poor quality. Mention this. Not worth the money
3.6
Central location near the "border crossing" through the old town check point. Room had space enough. Tho the hotel has seen it's best days, it's good value for the money and has a certain oldish atmosphere. Staff was helpful and they even borrowed an umbrella as it was pouring outside.

Location.
Dirty windows, ants in the bed.
3.6
Location is ideal. Some of the Staff members; Mr Dimos, Savvas, Francis, Olga, Sashi, always around to help with anything you need and make your stay at the hotel and the city very smooth.
3.6
location and entrance
breakfast was cold, coffee machine not good coffee, toaster didn’t brown the toast, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which would be good!
3.6
Well located for central Nicosia. Close to the checkpoint. Good parking facilities.
No complaints. All round good value hotel.
3.6
Nothing really
Hotel felt run down and uncared for. Disinterested staff.
