Good location for Westbahnhof station. Clean and light. Unfortunate strong smell of drains in bathr

The property is well located for Westbahnhof railway station, about 5-8 min walk and about 50 min walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. Good metro connections . The building has various rental flats, I was in the attic (D3) which is a large studio flat. (double bed, round table, sofa, kitchen all in the same room) . It had basic pots and pans to cook Microwave . It was clean and light.

The bathroom was clean but I am sorry to say it had a strong smell of drains ? particularly in the mornings. I hope the owners can do something about it. The building has many flats and there is no reception or anyone to welcome you. I was on my own; after midnight the first day there was quite a loud shout in the stairs , (it sounded like someone calling or telling someone off). As there was no reception I could not ask what was going on, which was a bit unnerving. I do not think the nice coffee machine is working properly.

A few maintenance issues require attendance. TV connection broken, no reception, water leaking into flat below from our shower for some reason. No communication from owner.

We enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was very nice. Very good support and responsiveness from the managers. Recommend staying in this apartment. As for the parking we used Apollo garage, which is in close location and better price. thank you

A magnificent location, great value for money and modern/cool facilities

The location was amazing and had all the things we needed. It was also very good value and having a good sized fridge and generous cupboard space, meant that we could buy a few groceries so we could eat at home when we wanted to. There were lots of keys but once you worked out which ones were for which locks, it was easy! It also felt very safe and secure.

The things that could be better are only a one item but an important one. We definitely needed to bring all our own toiletries and sometimes when you are flying and the weight of your bags matter, this can be expensive to buy near by.

The apt. is a nice amount of space for the money.

I liked the location.

The entrance for the building feels very old and tired and not pleasant. The apt. is updated but not maintained. You couldn't open the dishwasher without the baseboard getting stuck. Living room base board was laying on floor. Shower had 2 doors but only one handle making it hard to open and close. Towels were thin and cheap. They offered towel exchange but it is hard to facilitate. Only one pillow each and those weren't great. Linens weren't great quality. Shortage of pillows for comfort on couch. Couch bed was very dirty and covered with a fleece blanket. Big windows had shades but all the windows along the floor of both bedroom and living room have no room darkening so it is quite bright day and night. Most of what you might need is in the kitchen. We needed a pan and they got us one through the cleaning woman. Very slow to respond to messages. No contact with management team but text. If your goal is to save money it's ok at best.

Great location and spacious property. Could do with a clean.

Location, facilities, aspect, beds all good.

No access to roof terrace despite this being on the advert. No pods for coffee machine, no kettle (we are english!), no cleaning materials, floor brush or mop. It's probably used as a party house, so understand the basic nature of furnishing, but decor was a bit tired and could do with a deep clean.

- Street noise - could use some thorough dusting - no shampoo in the shower - the shower door was missing a door handle - there was a hole behind the entrance door where it looked like the door had hit the wall

the location was great.

it would be nice to have clear information about the coffee machine. Spesifically, what type of coffee capsules are you supposed to use with it. We bought three different kinds during our stay, and none of the worked. The easiest sollution would be to just buy the right capsules and give them to the customers for free.

Very good and affordable stay in Vienna

Located near transportation and supermarkets. Also it had a lot of space and was well furnished

Good location with mediocre facilities

The location was very good, only 5-6 minutes walk from the metro. The are has lots of cafes and restaurants. Aldi is a 10- minutes walk.

The property has strong sewerage smell, especially in the toilet. We had to keep the exhaust fan turned on and all doors closed. It wasn’t a good experience. Also, the pillows and duvets were such poor quality! Since it wasn’t cold, we could do with the duvets; but we had to buy pillows from IKEA. The staff didn’t respond to our request for extra pillows or the smell. Also, I had requested to check in early as I had an early morning flight, but the staff kept saying, let us try. So I kept waiting for over 5 years at the airport which made me extremely tired after a 10- hour flight. When I arrived to check in at 2 pm, I had to wait in the street, in the rain for another 20- minutes. The keys weren’t there. Apparently, they couldn’t finish the cleaning. The house wasn’t very clean either. We had to clean all the cutlery and utensils as they appeared dirty. Also, the lift is very complicated. There was no light in the lift for two day.

Vienna beatiful city, accomendation disapointing

close to Bahnhof West and city centre.

Coffeemachine was "gone". Promised to bring one but did not show up. Finally we got a machine. Amenities as mentioned where not present. Very poor service! There was a lot of mold in the showercabine.

Pleasant

Stay was good, area was very nice, only a few minutes to westbahnhof. It was also a 25 minute walk to Schloss Schönbrunn. Facilities were good in the apartment and collecting the keys was very easy.

The blankets were too small for a person who is 1.80. The first night of the stay there it was cold and without a proper blanket it was not good. The owner did not respond to my message about providing some more blankets. There were only four (we were four people). Also the bed in the living room is not comfortable, the rest of them were.

- good location near the western railway station and metro, it was easy to get around - The stop for direct buses to the airport was nearby - quiet at night, which I appreciated a lot - the kitchen was pretty well equipped

- The apartment had a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere, in the sheets, the blanket, the pillow. It was very unpleasant to sleep there. The smell remained for a few days regardless of how much we aired the apartment. There were two non smoking signs in the room. - The coffee machine with 4 coffee capsules was a nice surprise, but it was not enough for 2 persons for the stay of 5 nights. We ran from store to store (Billa, Lidl, Penny) but were not able to buy this brand of coffee capsules anywhere. - There was only ice cold water in the kitchen faucet - There was no full size mirror in the apartment, only in the bathroom - Bathroom sink was almost blocked

Very good

The location is very good. Supermarket is across the street and the subway station is nearby. Because I like to cook by myself it was very pleasant that the apartment has a lot of dishes and also some tablets for dishwasher were left there. Quiet and warm place.

it’s not so nice to breathe the huge amount of dust under the bed and couch. also there was web in the corners. it looks like the cleaning ends with mopping and cleaning the bathroom.

A 15 Minute Location from Stephanplatz

This is renovated attic Appartement within a five-minute walking distance from Westbanhoff. A quiet, clean place.

The shower doors were flimsy. Noisy drinking people were assembling on a street late in night.

Nice, spacious apartments, good location.

Very nice apartments, open space, a lot of light, nice design, underfloor heating

Cleanliness, individual lights have run out of light bulbs, broken dishwasher in apartment D4, clogged sink in apartment D4, damaged furniture, lack of kitchen equipment like glasses etc.

Overall, we enjoined our stay. Good description how to get into the property.

As other’s have mentioned before, some of our bed linen and towels were old and had holes in it. This should be really address. We moved our bed slightly so that I could enter easier from my side. This exposed an unsecured power point.

The location was very convenient for U3 and U6 lines

... . .. .Poorly equipped, no teaspoons, no wine glasses, broken pedal bin. Very soft mattresses and extremely thin quilts, with only one pillow per person. Tatty thin towels provided. Worst thing was a very irritating smoke alarm with intermittent bleeping all night. Complained after first night..no response so tried again after another night of interrupted sleep. Advised we press silencer button but we had already done this.. And it didn't work. Sent message to specifically state it needed à New battery. Service company sent à member of staff who didnt bring à battery and didnt know how to change one. So..poor sleep the whole stay, DREADFUL communication
