We absolutely loved the size of the room and comfort. The staff there were amazing and helped so much. They were super helpful too when it came to organising a scooter as well. The location itself is quiet and you can relax easily there. You also get free breakfast too!
Wished we had a microwave in our room. Our little mini fridge smelt a bit too.

Staff so nice and very big room!

Pool was ok but the edgings around the pool were dangerous and loose.
The bed was poor, the plug sockets were not fitted to the wall correctly and were unsafe, the shower was poor and leaking, the toilet stank and was leaking, the shower curtain fell down all the time and the lighting in the room was poor.

the property grounds are gorgeous and kept immaculately. it is a beautiful experience to walk into the property. the staff are very friendly and helpful. it was my sons bday and I asked to organise a cake which they did and were very happy to help.
this is not a problem,it is a little away from the hustle and bustle, which is nice , however a taxi needed to get to and from the property.

I love the room. it is very spacious for family of 2 adults and 3 children
Need more variation on the breakfast choices. Food price too expensive for that taste.

location is great, very calm
the territory looks nice
staff is very friendly
Rooms are very awkward: they are super big, empty, you almost can hear echo there, a lot of space in the room is not used. the room is just big for nothing.
the room has bad smell of mold and toilet, but if you use the conditioner you almost can’t smell it.
we had breakfast according to the booking, but at the hotel they said that for that price they don’t serve breakfast, but they still agreed to make a breakfast. we asked for breakfast at 7am, I asked 3 times if it was ok to bring breakfast that early. they confirmed that it was fine. in the mornining there was no staff, the kitchen was full of dirty dishes. and no breakfast at 7am :)
the price is way to high for this kind of service. it badly needs renovation and improvement.

This hotel is making OVERBOOKINGS, you can come to the reception and they just say there is no rooms available for your prepaid booking
Manager at the reception just lied to our face that booking.com had some problem and they din't receive our prepaid booking. They just sold more rooms than they have. He offered us to pay double price at the reception to get another room in the hotel near.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Arik drove us to many places and helped us understand the culture of Bali. We had a great time because of him.
Internet connectivity was a little slow at times.

Giant room and nice bathroom. The pool was nice to chill in however it could benefit from more shade.
It was next to a temple, the night we were there, they had a ceremony for the entire night which made it hard to sleep.

The staff was super friendly and really helpful...they went out of their way to make the stay more comfortable

The kitchen staff employees were very nice.
The room was big.
The pool was nice.
Included transport from the hotel to Ubud proper. (This place is located on the outskirts).
Hotel bed was big and firm.
Transport: I arranged transport from the airport to the hotel prior to my arrival. Upon arrival no one was there to pick me up. I called the hotel for an update and they simply told me that they forgot to book. After much back and forth with the staff and 2 hours waiting at the airport, they finally agreed to send someone to pick me up. Their initial solution was for me to find my own transport. They still charged me for the transport. This was a horrible experience.
Accommodations: The hotel was a ghost town. My bathroom had termites. The facilities were old, worn, and dirty.

Loved the included activities and the pool area. Staff were helpful
Wifi was rubbish. Value for money compared to other nearby properties was not comparable
3.9
Wonderful staff, hospitable, enthusiastic people. No words to describe about staff
An empty place, not many restaurants around

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was absolutely spectacular; it had a really high roof with a lot of space and a great bathroom. Not only this but the service was always superb. Finally, although the location was a bit far from the center, the hotel offered a shuttle every day to take us into Ubud center!
The only thing that we highly disliked of the hotel was the breakfast. To start off the dinning area was very ugly and not up to the standards of the hotel. And the food was also very disappointing. They should improve this.
