nothing, we could not find it ….
we couldn’t find the property, our taxi driver even phoned the police and tourist place for assistance. The property would not answer the phone to assist. the property did not answer my messages either. The taxi driver was very helpful. He stayed with us for over an hour.

The location is both handy and and well situated for lovely riverside walks etc. Not too far to walk into town or drive if you need to. The room was clean and well equipped with bedding towels etc.
Internet is all but useless, no signal strength. There is a television but it's the size of a lap top screen. Not very appropriate for the size of the room. Underfloor heating is efficient but uncontrollable, so not very power efficient when you have to open a window or use the ceiling fan in January.

Location
Bad room service and broken bathroom. Nobody picks up the phone after 6 pm.

The wonderful history and ambience of the Casa; its secluded and calm environs; and a modern comfortable, quiet room, made for a very restorative stay in Segovia.
Because it is so secluded, with no means of transport to central Segovia, I would have liked tea/coffee-making facilities before setting off on foot when the cafeteria was closed (Sunday and Monday mornings).

the location was superb.
the facilities in the room were cheaply done for the setting ex. shower lead was damaged, the water mixer tap was set to hot, almost no cold, the dryer could not have dried a crew cut.
also, breakfast was offered only from 10 a.m..please!
there was no wifi in the room so free or.not....in 2022!

The staff, especially Jesica, were very helpful and friendly. The busy restaurant served excellent food ( I would recommend booking in advance). The hostal is located inside the museum precinct, which was attractive and interesting, but the downside was that we only had access to those areas while the museum and restaurant were open, at other times (i.e. overnight and Mondays) they were fenced off, the area was alarmed, and there appeared to be no staff on site.
The internet in the hostal was nor working (neither in our room or in the shared lounge), and as the restaurant was closed Sunday night and Monday, we were unable to report it or use the restaurant wifi. When we arrived (on a Saturday night) we were unable to park near the Casa de la Moneda as there was a function on-site and all spaces were taken. You have to check-in inside the restaurant which is not very close to the hostal so to avoid going unnecessarily up and down steps with your luggage I would recommend leaving it in the car until after check-in, or by the main entrance.

Comfy room and great location!
The quality of the restaurant was less than expected

It was easy to find, clean and reasonably comfortable. The bed was fairly comfortable and the location is good. It is a really peaceful location and it’s an easy walk up the hill to the old city.
The worst thing about the place is the lack of soundproofing between the rooms. You could hear absolutely everything in the adjoining rooms and I got very little sleep due to noisy people next door. Parking is difficult unless you’re lucky to get a space outside. The room was cold, and the radiator that they left for us didn’t work. The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work. There are no plug sockets by the bed. The headboard bangs every time you get into bed. There’s no extraction system in the bathroom.

It was quite an experience staying in a museum, in a building built in the late 1800's. The rooms were fully equipped. They even had heaters for the dampness. It was great.
There was no sign indicating that we had arrived at the right place. We had to search around and when we finally got to the restaurant, the staff there checked us in and gave us the details. The rooms and linens were damp. New mattresses are needed urgently.

Situated in an historic building good walking near by
A bit out on the edge of town as closed on Tuesday a ghost town took a while to find someone to book us in

Only location, 10 mins walk to Alcazar
Room was in a basement, #1, dark, not aired, with a small window, with a smell of chemical cleaning remedies, also with a spider net and even a spider ( visible under table, i killed it:)). Keys pickup location wasn’t clear stated on Booking. Com, and we had no Spanish to understand by phone that the location we had to go for checkin and keys is at their restaurant, what restaurant? Is this a wrong number? I called a restaurant? ...Complete miscommunication, no warning in the description. So, it is the hostal within a museum of monets, with a restaurant running just outside of the museum’s gate

Close to a best spot to take photo of Alcazar de Segovia. Very lightproof room for a deep sleep.
Hard to find reception as it’s located in a restaurant/bar. Out dated facilities, no internet after 9pm somehow they changed password?! not so clean beds with a couple of ants crawling when I arrived. the worst is the room smelt like a toilet . Had to turn on the ceiling fan to get rid of the smell in such a cold winter ! Hope they can upgrade their rooms in future.
