Great location in Segovia

The location is perfect! The hotel is a bit dates, but clean and with a good breakfast. The wonderful parking in their garage was valet and perfect. Be sure and book a space in advance.

Be careful when following Waze to the hotel. It took us down narrow streets and into pedestrian only areas that, in one instance, almost damaged our car. My advice would be to follow the signs to Plaza Mayor, not the hotel address.

Great location and nice place to stay.

Great location. Older but nice and clean.

We did fine without it but heat didn’t work in the room. If it had been cooler we would have asked reception for help. Just strange that it wasn’t functioning.

Hotel en plena plaza mayor, muy bonito! Desayuno vale la pena!!

Yo no había considerado el desayuno en la reserva, pero mis padres, a quienes había invitado a Segovia, tomaron desayuno en el hotel y estaban fascinados con el desayuno, muy bien! El hotel está en pleno plaza mayor, la ubicación es increíble, justo al lado de la catedral. La atención del personal está muy bien, yo le hablé al recepcionista sobre mis reparos y la verdad que fue muy preciso en responder y aclarar mis dudas.

Pues pagué por una habitación triple, y en realidad me da la sensación que obtuve una doble acondicionada para ser triple. La tercera cama -que es la que yo ocupe- en realidad es un sofá cama, y no me pareció tan agradable al dormir. Estábamos bastante estrechos en relación a lo que se muestra en las fotos. En general BOOKING (no sé si es la aplicación o es la misma hotelería) siempre las fotos son mejores (salvo excepción) y la verdad uno paga -no es un favor, es un servicio- yo pago para acceder a lo que me muestran y proponen en las fotos, es la segunda vez que hago el mismo reparo, la vez anterior con otro hotel. Seamos francos y honestos a la hora de poner lo que ofrecemos, y si no al menos en la descripción ser agudos a la hora de decir: Hey la habitación triple no son tres camas, son dos camas y un sofá cama que consideramos como cama, y la habitación es bastante más estrecha. En fin...

I would definitely stay there again

The very best thing about this hotel is its location. It pays to reserve a room with a view that looks out onto the Plaza Mayor and the great cathedral which is illuminated at night. The hotel is also in the center of the old town and walking to the Roman aqueduct and the Alcazar takes only about ten minutes.

The shower was a bit different. It's easy to waste water when Spain is in the middle of a drought.

Perfect, charming hotel for stunning Segovia mini break!

Everything! Very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Wonderful central location, yet quiet at night. Lovely fourth floor views, even though not a premier room. Very comfortable bed, mini fridge with bottled water replaced daily, PIN-operated safe, excellent bathroom. Delicious, plentiful buffet breakfast, lots of choices. You can leave luggage in a locker after checkout.

Escelente ubicación, habitación amplia y preciosa decoración, todo muy bien

Estaban en fiestas y por su escelente ubicación teníamos el escenario casi en la ventana, fueron muy amables y nos dieron tapones en la recepción para poder dormir

Hôtel bien situé mais bruyant

La vue est superbe, service de valet pour le stationnement.

L’hôtel nous avait averti qu’il y allait avoir une fête locale à la plaza devant l’hôtel mais nous ne pouvions nous imaginer à quel point: ce fut infernal, de la musique à fond jusqu’à 2h30 du matin et du bruit de fêtards jusqu’à 5h du matin! Ils nous ont octroyé une chambre directement sur la plaza alors le bruit était infernal. De plus, l’horloge de la plaza commence à sonner à 7h du matin, à toutes les 15 minutes, cela réveille fort. L’air climatisé a cessé de fonctionner en plein milieu de la nuit. Insonorisation déficiente demande l’hôtel, nous entendons tous les gens dans le couloir. Bref, ce n’est pas juste de la faute de l’établissement mais ce fut une nuit extrêmement difficile. PS: Prioriser les petites voitures pour rouler dans la ville et vous rendre à l’hôtel!

Great location for Segovia

The location was perfect, right on Plaza Major. As we were only in Segovia for one night this was just what we needed. The room was comfortable, a decent size and had a great view over the square. We paid extra for breakfast which was pretty good as well.

We arrived quite late (11pm) only to find that the on site car park was closed. This meant having to negotiate. the one way system to find the underground car park. It wasn't a major problem but not what we really need or expected after flying into Madrid and then driving straight to Segovia.

A lovely city and hotel ideally located to explore all the sights.

Excellent location, right in theheart of Plaza Mayor. Very helpful receptionist at check in who provided excellent recommendations for tapas places & restaurants. Excellent breakfast.

Fantástica estancia

La habitación tenía vistas a la plaza Mayor, la ubicación es genial para visitar la ciudad a pie. Todo estaba muy limpio y la cama era cómoda. Me gustó que hubiera dos tipos de almohadas para distintos gustos, para mi la almohada es un detalle importante para descansar. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable

Lovely hotel, fantastic position.

A lovely hotel in a great position. So close to bars, restaurants, shops. Cathedral view from our room, just perfect. A short walk , downhill, to the aqueduct (but obviously uphill for the return trip), but plenty to see on the way back. Our room was lovely, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Bathroom had a lovely walk in shower, toiletries available. View to the plaza and cathedral. Staff were very pleasant, valet parking. We didn't opt for breakfast as we like to eat out and explore.

Gut, aber mit Mängeln, insbesondere das Bad betreffend

Sehr gute Lage

Zum Bad: Das Bad hatte nur eine kleine Wanne (keine Dusche auf Bodenebene). Die Wanne hatte nur eine teilweise Glasabtrennung. Das Bad war mit Wanne, obwohl bei Buchung - ausschließlich - ein Bad mit Dusche mit den Fotos des Zimmers gezeigt wurde. Nach Reklamieren wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Dusche, allerdings als kleines, unförmig geschnittenes Zimmer angeboten. Inakzeptabel!!! Noch eine Anmerkung zu Details im Bad: Der Klopapierhalter war gegenüber des Klo‘s, unten, schräg hängend, angebracht. Hier fehlt‘s - wie auch noch an anderen Details im Bad - an der gebotenen Qualität. Ein weiterer Punkt zum Zimmer: Die Schallisolierung war unzureichend.

Buena ubicación pero demasiado caro para lo que te encuentras

La ubicación , el desayuno

El aislamiento regular se oía la calle y la habitación de al lado , llegamos chorreando al mediodía y llamamos pk no funcionaba la calefaccion (para poder secar la ropa) y nos dijeron k hasta las 18h no la ponían nos fuimos a las 19.30 y aún no estaba puesta , luego en su web ponen que tienen restaurante y no es cierto , y tb la mampara del baño en el lateral abajo habia un hueco lleno de suciedad

Hele binnenstad beloopbaar vanuit dit hotel. Karakteristiek hotel in typisch spaanse stadsomgeving.

Parkeren niet bij hotel mogelijk, elders in de stad hoge parkeertarieven!

Todo muy limpio, habitación muy amplia, y camas muy cómodas. Puedes llegar hasta la misma puerta del hotel a pesar de estar en pleno centro histórico, allí cogimos el parking del hotel. La ubicación es muy buena.

Por poner algo, los baños están un poco antiguos pero están impecables de limpios.

Great bang for your buck. Lovely service, valet parking, would come back.

While not terrible, it needs some updating and energy to refresh the hotel. With so many other surrounding hotel option

The walk-in shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. The staff said they had the janitor ready to fix it. We were not there when he arrived. When we returned, there were still soaking-wet towels on the floor and no replacement towels. Rooms were dated, AC ineffective.

superb location on the main square of old town. Quite old building but fully refurbished - quite charming / quaint. Charming ladies serving dinner. Very talkative even if you don't speak spanish :)

Because it is an old building there was little space. As it is on the main square it is not easy to find a parking spot. Hotel gives such service for additional fee.
