En pleno centro de Segovia. Habitación confortable y moderna.
Que no tiene ascensor

In the center of the city, charming hotel, a friendly receptionist.
I live outside the city center and it is very exciting for me to get out of the accommodation and into the city center. Nice.
3.5
Good location and great price for what you get.
No parking. Missed that in the description so we had to park far away.

Location. Simple. Good for 1-2 nights

Stayed here 6 years ago in the same. Perfect.

Wonderful staff, good food in the attached cafe. Clean and comfortable room. Central location for all of the sites.
Because of the favored location and our corner room having great views of the city, the room was noisy on Saturday night from the club across the street. Sunday night was quiet 😊

The receptionist was so friendly. We felt welcome right away. I loved that this hotel was a GREAT value. I was watching my budget carefully this trip and was not disappointed. The hotel was very clean.

The staff members were very kind, they let us leave our luggage before the time for check in. The room was very clean and confortable.

Tidy room
Very cold bathroom, thin walls and constant noise from the reception , the bed is a disaster! Pillows are extremely uncomfortable , the hard crunchy rubber mattress protector didn't give us a chance to sleep well

Location
Room 213, the smallest shower room ever.

The place looks new and its very well maintained. The room is small but cozy, comfortable bed, big tv, good internet. The location is good, I could even see the cathedral from my balcony.

Location was good
1-No elevator on a 4th floor.( Second floor supposedly but not quit. First floor is level 0. Plus the building is VERY OLD making a second floor a 4th.
2-No one attending the front desk NEVER during working hours at least.
3- Check out at 12:00pm SHARP, NO EXCEPTIONS.
4- NO CLEANING SERVICES provided unless you ask for it
5- The stair's entrance is VERY DANGEROUS at night. NO LIGHTS at all inside the building.
6- NO SUTABLE for handicap people, elderlies nor anyone with walking issues.

Once we had figured out how the shower worked it was great.
New hostel, details are missing like a toilet roll holder or some decoration on the walls

great location, very comfortable

Excellent location. Clean room
Room quite small. Airco insignificant, so don't book for a hot day.

The bed was OK and the loctation was good too.
You could hear the slightest thing on the whole floor. Both of us haven't slept at all and normally my boyfriend is a good sleeper (i'm pregnant so it's normal that i wake up often).
On sunday morning there were 2 rooms who had alarms on their phone and they snoozed it or slept through it, I don't know, but it was very frustrating to hear it.
They could mention it before and ask to be quiet in the morning for example.

The room was very quiet which is rare in the older part of Segovia

great central location, comfy beds, air conditioning
small rooms, no elevator, expensive for what it was

The location is perfect! We booked this last minute and were very happy with the space, view from the window, and location. The room was clean and typical for a budget hotel/private hostel experience.

Small modern room with great shower and AC. Bed was a bit soft for me. Only one pillow is a real problem in Spain! ., More pillows please.
More pillows to maintain neck posture/alignment when sleeping on your side.

Centrally located. Room was clean.
I don’t know if this room would pass code. You were unable to pass by the foot of the bed without having to go sideways so you had to squeeze to get to the washroom. The space between the wall and bed was about a foot.
