Services were not okay and unfriendly staff

The location

The wifi was horrible. TV was not working. Staff not friendly. Plus the beds were not comfortable. Also the fan in one of the rooms was not working properly.

I like the place near from the tourist spots and the staffs are very kind and accommodating.the room is very comfy and very relaxing.

Poor

Receptionist made and extra effort to transfer our room in another villa coz we were not able to sleep due to the room is along the road.

Water heater not good. Parking not easily accessible. You can hear the noise from the other room.

Great location and excellent service, one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at in Baguio

It is conveniently located on Legarda Rd and GH Del Pilar, which is just a few minutes walk to popular places like Burnham Park and Good Taste Restaurant. There was also a 711 just beside the hotel entrance, and short walk to a drugstore and BPI bank. Legarda is a busy street so expect traffic noises during the day, but it did not bother us since we were out sightseeing during the day anyway. At night it is mostly quiet and we had uninterrupted sleep during our entire stay. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They have great selection for plated breakfast meals as well, and the food is very good. The room size was also just right for me and my partner, and there was a cabinet large enough to keep our luggage and jackets. The AC for the room is just right. The water for shower, bidet, and sink are all heated. The bed duvet is nice and thick enough to keep us warm while we sleep. Towels, slippers, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush are all provided. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely book here again if we return to Baguio.

No elevator to upper floors where our room was located, but this is just a very minor detail and did not affect our overall experience, and the staff was nice enough to carry our luggage to the room.

Friendly Staff. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

A/C was noisy at times. Being charge for bottled water that was in the room when we arrived, and you thought was complementary.

Convenient and nice.

Location is central to lots of places, within walking distance. The staff are friendly. The place is accommodating of last minute unforeseen booking alteration.

Room safe and telephone would be nice.

A quiet place , clean, accomodating staff, delicious breakfast are the reason to stay and keep coming back. 711 and mercury drug is beside the hotel, near burham park and so many restaurant nearby

VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WARM PLACE TO STAY.

This is a place to stay that comes with great experience. The place itself, the facilities very clean, the breakfast was good, the service and accommodation of the hotel staff was also warm. Thank you so much. I will definitely rate this with 10 stars.

Its not so bad at the same time not so good. The staff are very good!

The breakfast area is Nice and he mini Garden is catching what i saw in Net is the same as actual its very nice to have a picture taking on that area. The Staff are very good specially manong Guard.

I dint like the location of the Room, We request if we can change room if there is available but no one bother to inform us maybe they forgot it.
