Un établissement incroyablement bien tenue. Propre.

The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. We felt like we were home with family. The views were terrific! Quick walk into west end, but the property was so quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Laid-back staff. Healthy and tasty food and drinks. Quiet location not far from town.

Great stay with a nice breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff, especially the wonderful receptionist.

The property is very conveniently located to all the restaurants and bars in the heart of Westend. The property is clean and the staff is wonderful. The cook is amazing…you MUST try the seafood soup! Also, the bartender Jennifer was great! She made some really good drinks with all fresh fruits and she only just recently started there. The pool is a nice salt water pool and we literally walked just a few steps to the ocean right from the pool to snorkel. Diana is very sweet and accommodating. It’s a very chill , welcoming vibe.
The rooms are very bare and not the most cozy. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite but there’s only an open doorway from one room to the other. No door or partition or curtain for privacy. And they do not provide beach towels. It costs $5 to rent a towel or $25 to purchase.

The Manager Dania was excellent, friendly and really helpful. She organized tours and was very attentive.
The view is amazing and the food delicious.
Nothing, except that there should be water to refill.

There was a beautiful deck looking out over the water. The family room we had did not face the water but it was a short walk out to the deck. The staff was amazing, and the food was the best of our trip!

Great location, close to town but still feels private. the pool was great, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The Hammock on the balcony was my favorite.
7.0
The location. Set out on it's own overlooking the sea but close enough to walk to all the bars & restaurants. Lots of hot water.
The sunbeds were really uncomfortable & the pool seemed to fill up with locals & kids in the afternoons. The pillows were very poor quality. Not even a hand towel in the bathroom.

The location is great. The beach, lots of restaurants, bars, dive shops and a supermarket are close by. The breakfast was great and diverse over the week.
There is no big water bottle for customers - none in the room and none somewhere public for all customers. Drinking water has to be bought in the supermarket

We enjoyed our stay at Land’s End very much. The hotel is perfectly located: Located on it’s own house reef at Land’s End and a short 3 minute walk away from the busier area of Moonlight Bay, the hotel was quiet at night and perfect for a good nights rest. The bed is very big and comfortable and our room had a great view of the ocean and if you left the windows which feature a mosquito screen open, you could listen to the ocean and have a gentle breeze in your room even without a fan. Danielle was a kind, professional and very attentive host. If you’re here for diving, I can recommend Sun Divers who are a 5minutes walk away from the Hotel.

Great location with a short walk to the main street. Individual cabin rooms were clean, nice, and had AC. The view, pool, and staff were amazing. Spa is next door to property.
Beds were ok and could be refreshed. Ocean view was great, but could not swim at coast since coral and rock are there. Walk to beach was a 5 minute walk.

The lady who picked us up from the ferry was quite nice.
The customer service, even the woman who picked us up from the ferry wouldn't answer her phone and wasn't reachable to schedule things we had discussed on the ride. The fact that there was hair in the shower drain, the "balcony" had no furniture on it, the doors were falling apart, the fact I didn't get the room I booked.... It was just an all around miserable experience. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There was no front office, just a lady on a computer in the middle of the "restaurant". Our shuttle to the airport was over half an hour late... it was just one thing after another.
The owner was abrasive, judgemental and made me absolutely ready to get the hell out of roatan.

Large and well maintained hotel with professional staff. Just slightly off the beaten path. Quiet and safe but still close to the West End resturants, bars and beach. Exclent location and quality.
