Hot and humid but good free air conditioning

When you say that you are changing the sheets every 3 days then do it don’t just straighten the sheets and leave it. I had the same rust stain on the bottom sheet for 10 days before I had to ask them to actually change the sheets.

There is a good fruit and vegitable shop across the street and a decent grocery a few doors down.

Breakfast not included but the cannibal cafe on the corner has a great breakfast

wifi was weak in the room but ok out on the porch. A neighboring property had very loud music one night but I had earplugs.

I would go back but book a better room

It’s super well placed on the main street. Restaurant on site is good. The basic economic room was okay.

Nothing in particuliar. They forgot to clean the room one time and a little smell coming from the bathroom but nothing you can’t deal with.

The location couldn’t be better, close to the beach, restaurants/bars and water taxi pier. Confortable rooms and pretty basic but well equiped kitchen

Very positive experience

Excellent location, clean, communicative, helpful, large room, AC and wifi worked great.

Booked last minute, so room was more expensive which was understandable. The attached restaurant was pricy but had good food.

the sheets could have been in better shape so they stayed on the bed. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Had to slam the front door to close it. The unit was not clean, under the bed didn't look like it had been cleaned in years

Great place, just wish the water was hot!

Great location and great staff!! My room was clean and cleaned daily. The AC was perfect!

The water never got hot, took a cold shower for the entire 6 days I was there. The people who live above were really loud, really loud all night. They also have a few strays which seemed to be duking it out at night; so those loud meow screeches got annoying!!

Great value- location, comfort, price

The baledas at breakfast are awesome! The in unit AC and fan worked great the whole time we stayed. There was only two of us, but a queen and two sofa beds can fit four people! Right by the beach and a conenveince store. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Nothing really! Maybe include more towels or toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, etc. But it was great and we would definitely stay again. Great value for price if you're looking for something budget friendly

Perfect location! Walking distance to everything in West End. Price was great compared to neighboring hotels/apartments. The owner was very helpful and attentive.

The bathroom was small and rundown- water temp only got up to warm, and water pressure was very low. Also, the walls were thin.

great location! food at the hotel was great. Ask for a room with a balcony/patio, the single double bed room isn’t in the greatest spot and is pretty small. The hotel does night snorkelling - highly recommend it.

Beautiful little hotel across the road from the beach. Cafe has delicious food. Rooms are tucked in a sheltered & quiet area away from the noise of the street. Staff are very friendly.

Location was prime, great area walkable to the beach and many restaurants and bars. The shower had hot water.

My room was located in front of the kayak station. Was extremely loud in the mornings and with people talking loudly. I asked for another towel on day 2 and wad told the room would be cleaned. Room was never cleaned and I never did get the towel. Bathroom was super small and I'm not sure how a larger person would be able to fit. The shower was pretty grimy feeling.

Wonderful

The location is ideal! We really liked the fact that the hotel is in the West End center with all the restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. But the rooms are set back from the street which is very quiet. There is a restaurant in the hotel, The Cannibal Café, the food is excellent and the atmosphere relaxed. We had booked a one bedroom apartment with a balcony for a one week stay and we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The large covered balcony with table and chair and hammock was wonderful. The apartment was ideal for us. The staff are friendly and helpful and the owner Kevin is always on hand to answer our questions or have a chat. We didn't have the chance to do the night snorkeling trip with him but that will be for next time! We plan to return to the Seabreeze Inn on our next trip to Roatan!

Met all my expectations

Staff was very helpful, and location was very good. I would happily stay there again.

Hot water in the shower was somewhat undependable. Water had to run a long time and sometimes it never warmed up. In the tropics, this is not a deal breaker.

The staff was very nice and the location was central, though not directly next to the beach

The double room felt like a basement and was really really small and right next to the restaurant. We had to keep the curtains closed to have some privacy, as everyone was passing by right outside our door and was able to see inside. The bathroom smelled really bad

Prime location, in the heart of West End

You can’t have a better location honestly. Not too close to the loud bars, but still everything in West End is within very short walking distance. Water taxis for West Bay are pretty much right across. Staff is nice. I had a small room, but that’s all I needed as I was on a diving trip. Will stay again on my next visit!
