I had a good stay. Excellent, customer oriented and accomodating staff. Room was very clean.

The location is accessible and the room was tidy. It has a good ventilation system. No problem with the aircondition. Staff are customer oriented and accomodating. I had a good sleep that night.

Good stay. Comfy.

Comfy, clean. But ssome staffs aren't all pkeasant to to talk to. Doesnt analyse the situation before making a decision. Only afew knew their function as hotel staffs esp as a receptionist. CR should have a bidet.

Some staffs arent friendly and diesnt know hot tondeal with the situation being brought to them. Analyse before dexision. Nees to add choices on meals. Serve meals shhould make us satisfied so we can highly recommend it to our peers, friends amd families.

Very poor standards, filthy and below health standards

Staff were the only nice thing

Floors and rooms smelt of sewage, rooms dirty, lots of mould in bathrooms , ceilings covered in mould , beds dirty with stained sheets, toilets and showers were not working , cold water or no water. Does not reflect even the modest reviews given for this property, very poor hygiene standards. Would not ever recommend this particular place to stay.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend.

Great location. I was given a room upgrade. The food was ok, the staff were brilliant. The entire Hotel was very clean. Transport and taxi were very easy to crab. Very close to restaurants, bars, entertainment and major shopping centres.

There were some minor maintenance issues.

Pleasant

The price per night doesnt quite reflect the value you get. The rooms are old and in bad shape, either the lightbulps dont work or the shower or the hot water or all of these things. The AC in the rooms are very old and therefore so loud you will have trouble sleeping. Noise from the street is loud as the windows are not isolated, neither are the doors of the room. Reception and elevator are right at the front entrance, so its a bit annoying being watched and greeted everytime you enter. Also guests must register with ID etc OK for one night but i wouldnt recommend to stay longer

3 people, 2 breakfasts? Very noisy

1) Close to main road with lots of restaurants and malls. 2) big drink water dispenser available

1) We booked for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), but only 2 breakfasts are included (not mentioned on booking.com)! 2) Very noisy (like the window was open), you have to consider earplugs to have some rest. Also lots of noise from loud radio at the lobby. 3) room with no view, just a wall

The staff were all kind and accomodating. They were constantly updating me regarding my stay. They were eco friendly which was also a plus point.

As much as I enjoyed my stay, it would be better if there was available comforters. I get cold easily so a blanket was not enough. Unfortunately, there was none available during my stay.
