Location, staff, breakfast, free bus to the beaches, room size
Some items/furniture in the room and especially in the bathroom are very old. I would have liked a better cleaning service. It was not clear how to ask for towels to be replaced.

Nice breakfast with good coffe. There is a great garden, and it was enjoyed for breakfast. The place is quiet and peaceful and both the room and bathroom was big. Parking was easy and free.
The restaurant in the place was not open, so there was some driving needed for dinner. It would have been nice, if I could have eaten dinner at the agriturismo.

Location is very good, clean and good staff!

The restaurant was shut. We had booked a meal but we’re not told that this would not be available until it was too late to cancel the booking.

Location excellent - close to Portonovo beach, the National Park and Ancona only 10 minutes away. The family who operate this business were extremely accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble.
We met the entire family from the original owners to the son and daughter in law and their son. We found the whole experience just great. We will be back to stay a little longer next visit. The restaurant food and breakfasts were all locally produced. and great value for money, as were the wines.
Very difficult to find anything that was not up to scratch. 10 out of 10 for us!

Beautiful location. Great wine and amazing food: creative, delicious, huge portions. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at this agriturismo was actually very pleasant: Easy to reach and find, simple and perfect access to Portonovo, the size of our room was perfect for 3 persons, and good quality food at their restaurant. And good value for the money. Very nice.
Nothing to mention.

Nice place in beautiful surroundings, close to Conero. The homemade food and their own wine is of excellent quality.

very cosy place in the hear of nature very close to the vivid town of Siriolo. Nice and clean room, terrace with great views, very friendly owners and wonderful breakfast.

The breakfast was very good.
If you can’t check in before 1600 hrs you have to wait until 1900 hrs. We called the owner but were told off for not complying with his rules. In the end he sent someone who appeared after 40 minutes.
The rooms were relatively dark and small, the environment not as nice as we expected from the photographs on their website.
But on the whole it is not a bad place to spend a night.

The breakfast was adequate and very fresh, served by David with a smile!! We had 2 evening meals and they were both very good and we felt good value as well. A very good wine list from the Cantina next door. They deserve to be much busier in the evening (and maybe they are from July onwards) Elenora was friendly as well and although there was a language barrier,we all coped well we thought. The room was cleaned and tidied every day.
This is such a lovely part of Italy and being selfish needs to remain largely undiscovered .We have been to Marche many times even at one time house hunting. The views from the garden are also lovely.
Whilst it did not really make a difference to us,we could see that it irritated some guests (and potential guests) that between approx 1630 and 1930 the place was totally closed with just a phone number to call for help if needed. We did see some potential new guests and maybe even party planners come and go. Of course everyone needs a rest but we felt that it should say on website about the opening hours.(apologies if it does!) The only other small criticism is that the "welcome/info board by car park is very scruffy and again maybe this could explain the hours?
We would certainly stay again after all there are a few wines we didnt try!!
