Sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar. Komfortables Zimmer.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön gelegen, hat ein schönes großes Bett und eine Menge Ausstattung wie Haartrockner und Bügeleisen. Der Kühlschrank war auch sehr nützlich.

Wir wussten nicht, wie wir die Klimaanlage bedienen sollten, da es zu viele Optionen auf der Fernbedienung gab. Wenn man die Klimaanlage einschaltet, fängt sie an, Luft zu blasen, nicht zu kühlen. Bis man eine bestimmte Taste auf der Fernbedienung drückt. Außerdem schrien eines Nachts um 3 Uhr morgens Leute draußen herum, aber das ist wohl überall so.

Great apartment and host - highly recommend

Everything about this property made my recent stay for the Malta v England match an enjoyable one. Great location, exceptionally clean apartment with all facilities required - even had bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which was really appreciated Access to the apartment was well communicated and the host Jairo was fantastic. Would highly recommend this property for a trip to Malta - I would certainly not hesitate to return.

Highly recomended!

Jairo is lovely, personable and extremely helpful, he provided me lots of advice information on best places to visit, eat and where to park. The apartment is modern, well maintained, clean and the location is prefect! It's a 6 or 7 min walk to the centre of St. Julians and prefect to set up base if you traveling around by car. If your budgets allow defiantly upgrade to room with the terrace, lovely place to sit have breakfast or relax!

Supremely Dissapointing Stay and Behaviour

- The size of the room. - The aircon - The mini fridge

Unfortunately, my stay here was extremely dissapointing, particularly because I had high hopes due to reading the previous reviews. This was my first holiday in 4 years and I was travelling solo. I booked this place for a few few reasons, but mainly because it was 'central', to relax in a comfortable space and also that the previous reviews mentioned how nice Jairo was and as a solo female it gave me peace of mind knowing that there was someone I could ask questions to etc. With that in mind, the negatives: - The location wasn't central, it was neither really in Silema or St Julians, and you need to walk a fair way (and up/down some hills) to get to a decent restaurant. - There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, dont stay here. - There is no washing machine in the room (which the description eluded to) however there is one in the basement to use, but then I had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs numerous times to do 1 load. - The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, with hair and little bugs behind the door. - The hot water doesn't last very long at all, so I had to hurry to wash my hair etc. - The mattress topper on the bed moved a lot, which was quite annoying. - There was no flywire, so you could open the windows to let in some air, but the bugs would come in too. - Reception is not 24/7 However, the biggest negative was that there was VERY loud construction, particularly jackhammering, every morning, with the earliest start I experienced of 7:30am, which went on till late in the afternoon. This was incredibly upsetting because I was desperate to sleep in, and this went on for my 4 night stay. After the first morning, I told Jairo I needed to leave because of it and that this should have been mentioned somewhere.

Lovely gem in a great spot

Central Suites was a fantastic place to stay, in a handy location away from the crowds but a short walk to everything you could need, including the ferry to Valletta. Jairo was extremely welcoming and helpful with his recommendations, including some fantastic ones for our onward journey after we left.

A very nice stay :)

Jairo was very kind making sure that we had everything we needed. The room is well equipped and it’s located in a very quiet road, but still close from services. The position between Sliema and St Julian is great.

Very good

Staff very friendly and helpful. Jairo at the reception was really kind and professional. The room had good facilities and for a few days we had a comfortable stay. Little convenience/grocery shops and bus stops were not far.

The hot water of the shower was not lasting long so you need to take a quick shower if you are 2 people to share the hot water. I think that there is a boiler system were water needs some time to be hot again after one shower. Hot water could last longer (increase capacity of the boiler) for more comfort.

Well equipped clean and modern, cozy studio, perfect for a short stay

The host was very kind and helpful. The location is good, between Sliema and St. Julians, near the bus station, convenience store, and the best pastizzeria in Malta. The room is well equipped. I would highly recommend it.

The pillow could be a bit thinner.

Perfect place to enjoy your Malta vacation.

It really was perfect, Jairo was so helpful and gave us good tips for bus lines and places we should visit.

Great but a few access/location considerations.

Great terrace and good, clean facilities. Everything needed to cook in a small but functional kitchen. Jairo was friendly and helpful.

The GPS/Google maps navigation around there is wrong which made driving around there stressful and complicated. There was little parking in the evening so often had to park far away and walk. It’s up a big hill and lots of steps so you have to be sporty, would not recommend it to elderly or those with mobility issues. It takes a bit of motivation to leave and come back every time. The hot water from the shower wasn’t consistent.

Exceptional

The room was excellent, it’s at a very good location close to to St Julian’s, sliema and paceville (like 15 to 20 minutes on foot). Its clean and has everything you need inside. We met the owner who was very kind to us and even helped us and gave us information on what to do and where to visit. We absolutely recommend it

Great for the price; exceeded our expectations

The receptionist was super helpful, she kept our luggage for us for a few hours. You could easily make coffee/tea in the room and there are some kitchen appliances as well. It was really good for the price. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided as well. It's a great start point if you want to discover Malta!

The host was really welcoming and charming I really loved the way he communicates with guests and gives very nice recommendations for places to visit and spend your vacation as best as possible. Definitely I would come back and stay there again.

It's such a cozy single-suite room. It's got EVERYTHING you might need: induction stoves, plates, utensils, toaster, and even a microwave!! The bathroom is super clean and the AC works well. The self-check-in is super easy and fast as well.

The location is central, in the middle between the north and south of the country.

Note the extreme kindness of Jairo. available every day to advise on the places to visit and which means of transport to use. Very up to date on bus routes. It was nice whenever we traveled to a place to have a guide like Jairo.

We were on the third floor and there was no elevator.

Fantastic stay, great location and even better service.

The location was fantastic, as was the host Gairo. The room was small but functional, and had everything I needed. I would have loved to stay again but they were booked out and now I understand why! Air con also worked really well, which was needed in the hot weather. Thanks again!

There were a lot of stairs, which with luggage can obviously be difficult. Gairo was very helpful with that too though!
