Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Die Lage war sehr gut, in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Das Personal an der Reception sprach fliessend Englisch und war ungemein hilfsbereit und herzlich! Genial :-)

Great hotel. We'll certainly come back, should we visit again Phuket.

We liked almost everything. the great staff, the comfortable room, the modern design, the pool next to the room, the cleanliness.

There is a problem with the regulation of the water temperature. The staff is aware of it and we hope they will be able to fix it.

A beautiful experience

Location near town and beach. Lovely pool. Apartments modern and high end. The staff/owners were an absolute joy….helpful and welcoming and always smiling

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Coming back for sure!

Oasis in Kamala. For me 5* service, cleanest, staff❤️

For me it's a 5* hotel, it's not a luxury hotel but absolutely the best at its price in Thailand. All 4* hotels were worse than Vivance hotel. great service, great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach but wonderfully quiet in the evening, without crowds, loud music and shouting from the restaurant. Oasis. A beautiful, quiet swimming pool, a garden with its own bananas which are offered to guests. For me the best one on Kamala beach. The floor in the room is washed every day!!!!! Anyone who has been to Thailand knows that it is unique. great, super clean rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, fragrant bedding and exceptional service. We will come back here for sure!!

Superb

True hidden gem! This hotel is located a bit far from noisy streets but close to the beach, main shops and restaurants. Very spacious rooms with all facilities you need. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Calm and quiet. Highly recommended!

Soundproof is poor, but it's common problem for all hotels in Phuket. You can hear your neighbors, sounds from birds and so on.

This place was our favorite out of 12 hotels all over Thailand for our honeymoon. The owners Zen and Ju were so friendly

Wonderful hotel

I would like to thank those in charge of this hotel for providing excellent service to customers and for the cleanliness of the hotel. I believe that this hotel is not 3 stars, but rather deserves 5 stars. Because of my admiration for the hotel, I extended my stay for another two nights. I would like to thank (zen) for all the assistance it provided me during My stay of 6 nights . the hotel is near to everything Big C and 5 minute to the beach and also have big refrigerator in room everything perfect.

Comfortable, good location.

Short walk from the beach, restaurants and a big C store. Zen and Ju are excellent hosts. Comfortable room large bathroom

Our room had a connecting door with the next room. And we could hear the noise/conversation from our neighbors.

Nice experience

Relatively new building, quite area, fantastic customer service (Zen and her team - very efficient, helpful and friendly). Good location, close to the beach, supermarket and night market. Balcony with sofa is a nice bonus. Pool is small but nice.

Beds quite hard, furniture very simple, lights in the room limited and simple, do not expect ambience. Restaurants in the proximity not great, but that's the overall problem in Kamala (not so easy to find genuine thai food).

Exceptional

That was an amazing stay! First we had trouble with the hotel we booked before and Zen let us to check in earlier and we didn't pay for that. Extremely clean, spacious and cozy room, huge balcony with a fan. Everything needed was in the room even forks, knives etc. Great location - 12 min to beach, shops, BigC, restaurants, massage salons, tatoo, 7/11 - everything is 5-10 mins! Awesome manager Zen - friendly, polite and 24/7 ready to help! Thank u so much for that! For sure we'll come back the hotel again and again! If u have a choice don't think. Choose Vivace!

Zen the manager and staff fantastic, friendly and can't do enough for you.great location, everything exceptionally clean, tidy and modern.all amenities are close to hand.we both had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.many thanks Zen for looking after us.
