In general we enjoyed it, but would probably choose a different hotel in future

Beautiful room and lovely quiet location

Pillows were so high and hard…… found it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff seemed very suspicious of us and followed us around whenever we were in the public spaces…..very odd!!

Relaxing

Nice to have a pool during the summer. AC works really well. Location of the hotel was convenient - area is quiet at night which was good for us. Comfy bed.

Shower a bit small, towels get wet when on the rack that is in the shower.

Comfortable, friendly and central

Lovely staff - so friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring, a bit quieter as it’s just out of the centre. Clean and well maintained room. The bed was so comfortable!

A better supply of refreshments in the room would be nice. 1 coffee pod each per day and no tea was a bit disappointing considering the room rate.

Comfortable and friendly.!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lucas from the restaurant and Anna in the reception. The breakfast was excellent. Also, parking under the building was very convenient and safe, especially for Elaine who has difficulties with stairs.

The fact that we had to pay more for breakfast because we had not booked for it.

I would choose this same hotel if I were to return to Lisbon.

The room was nice and airy. Breakfast was amazing and the location was on a side street which made it perfect.

Very comfortable base for a visit to Lisbon.

This hotel exceeded expectation. It was clean, well run, comfortable, and has a good location. Easy walk from the metro, and easy access to the airport and the city. We had a lovely room with 2 little balconies. Breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast and the restaurant was very good and the location close to Liberdade avenue is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Location was ok, not great if you want to stay closer to old town/Rossio square. Location is suitable only for shopping street, which doesn’t have too many stores in my honest opinion.

Fabolous hotel with Excellent location, wonderful staff, great room and tasty breakfasts

Fabolous hotel in the center of the city. Near Avenida de Liberdade. Excellent location! We've been to Lisbon several times before and we know the city and the location was just great. The staff of the hotel were wonderful, helpful, always with a smile and good will, whether it is the workers at the reception, breakfast room or the Concierge. The service and the customer experience with them were excellent. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute in Lisbon and at the hotel. Great, tasty, varied breakfast. We really liked our breakfast at the hotel, nice breakfast room and very high standard of service there. To sum the review – 10 of 10 and we will be more than happy to stay there during our next trip to Lisbon ! Obrigado 😊

Tasteful Design and Wonderful Restaurant Staff

Breakfast has nice selection of everything. Restaurant staff is super. Location very convenient to shopping areas and metro. Design is nicely done.

Rooms show a little wear. Bedding not changed daily. Cost is quite high.

Superb

Located on a quiet street off Liberdade further away from the water, there were non touristy restaurants close by. The hotel has all of the amenities of a larger hotel at a good value. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was too pricey but great bakery/cafe nearby.

Great room and location

The room was spacious, clean, and well designed. Staff was also helpful and efficient. I felt very comfortable in the room. It was also close to the popular Barrio Alto, but far enough away in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

It would have been nice to have an iron for clothes, but maybe we didn’t find it. I would’ve liked having the restaurant staff explain how breakfast worked (where to get plates, what food options were available) after being checked, but other than that, the stay was great.

Convenient, comfortable and staff-friendly location in the heart of Lisbon

This is a nice four star hotel in the center of Lisbon. It was perfectly situated for our tourist related visit, and is ideally located for high-end shopping if that's a pastime. It's on a quiet side street. Staff are incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant is quite good, and there is a reasonably priced parking garage under the hotel.

The fact that Bookings.com charged more for the room than the hotel would have. (That's not on the hotel.) The Lobby is not conducive to lounging, being small, and the breakfast room is packed in the mornings. But these don't diminish the value of the hotel, nor would it prevent us from staying again.
