Great hotel for a short stay, with great staff

Great staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big enough and secure parking available,

The hotel rooms had old doors with poorly fitting locks, this could easily be remedied with little outlay. The meal we had at the hotel in the evening was poorly prepared, however the staff apologized and stated the food was cooked incorrectly due to new kitchen staff, I believe this was the case and don't feel this should reflect overall on the food at this facility.

Good option if you want to enjoy the Walvis Bay activities without driving back and forward to Swakopmund

Secure off-street parking. Within walking distance from the starting point of kayak tours and catamarans to Pelican Point, restaurant with decent menu choice on site.

Locks on room doors are very old fashioned and do not feel very secure. Good that thay have a night guard on duty!

Not a bad option in this small town, given very limited choices. Good breakfast.

Very weak water in shower room. Arranged airport pick up with hotel but didn’t show up, hotel staff said it’s not their fault but transport company (which was arranged by hotel). Note: you have to book transport in advance, it’s not easy to get taxi at airport.

Cozy Hotel - best location in Walvis Bay

Genevieve from Reception was super nice and helpfull! She organized the best tour to sandwich harbor for us, gave us a really nice room and was always there for us for any questions we had, thanks to her we would really love to come back to Langholm Hotel one day. Bath tub in the room is amazing, we didn't want to leave :) Nice Garden with fresh mint and lavender, I found a place to practice yoga in that garden - super cozy. Safe area, big parking, location is great.

Simply superb, I'm so glad we chose this place

A sign on the building says "more legend than hotel" and I tend to agree: this is an absolutely amazing place to stay. It really has everything: beautiful, comfortable and spotless rooms, a pleasant garden, great breakfast, super-friendly service, secure parking, fast wifi. All this comes at really reasonable rates and a quiet location that is just 2 blocks away from the sea and within walking distance of the incredibly good Anchors restaurant.

I really can't think of anything.

Outstanding!

I stayed there for 8 days and every day the breakfast was amazing, as all the other meals made in the hotel's restaurant. All staff are amazing, sure I'll come back to this hotel in the next opportunity.

Solid and comfortable hotel near the Lagoon

Good location a 3 minute walk from the lagoon in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is spacious and pleasant. We had booked the King's Suite which is very comfortable and spacious, and comes with its own yard. The staff was very nice and helpful, so overall, definitely a very pleasant stay.
