Very comfortable and clean. Lovely vibes.
Arriving 1h after check in and having to change rooms 3 times because it was not ready. Admin not being aware of payment already done. Not a bad experience, but many small issues adding up.

Walkable distance to the old town. Lots of Restaurants, Bars and Cafes in the surrounding.
Spacious and clean, very nice personnel. Everything fine!!!

Natasha is simply the best , she goes over and above the call of duty :):)
They need to improve on house keeping . The lack of ironing boards and an iron within a self catering facility is an inconvenience.
Towels were wet

I liked property’s location - it’s close to town and allows one to walk everywhere.
The issues on the property is the parking garage. It’s too narrow and not easy to drive in and to drive out with a 4x4.

To be honest, nothing.
The photos and what you get aren’t the same. It is said that all the appliances that you need for a self catering place is there, it wasn’t. Everything in the kitchen is rusted. The place is cleaned so so soooo poorly. This is the worst place I’ve stayed from around the world that I have traveled since we come from overseas. Comparing to international prices, it is over priced, you pay so much money and basically get the worst service in return. The place is neglected. Cracked and rusted. The paint is peeling off. The place is managed very poorly. Nobody replies your emails or wants to help you. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Especially people wanting to visit Namibia from where we are from.

Security parking
What was reflected as the applicable accomodation when booking ( flat on 2 levels) did not materialise when checking in

Location to the town and the promenade was very convenient as I didn't have a car.
The traffic noise at night. Speeding cars on the road. Suggest they approach the municipalilty to put speed bumps in on that stretch as leads to an intersection that goes out to Walvis Bay and many cars don't seem to slow down or even stop there at night.

Really liked the two levels in the room and cool that you can see the sand dunes in the background. Due to the super high ceilings the apartment feels spacious. Couch (and blanket) comfortable, great that there's netflix! Girl at reception was super nice and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Clean. Safe parking (free) directly below the apartments.
It took us a few tries to figure out the room key-system. Also there was some noise from the street at night (probably because the windows aren't that thick), but nothing too bad (mainly trucks driving by).

The breakfast is exceptional, and the rooms are value for money.

Confort and location, excellent. We even extended our stay one more day.
Breakfast included as used to be.

The way the apartment is set up. Everybody else also loved it.
Parking is tight especially for big cars but it is what it is.

The room was super cute. It was a two-level loft apartment, with the bed upstairs. Very comfortable. I really enjoyed having the mini-kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out every meal.
By far the stand out was the exceptional service and assistance by Chantelle. I actually got sick while I was staying there and she was SO amazing and caring, checking on me and even fetching me medicines.
The temperature in the room was tricky because of the way it is designed. The Aircon unit is on the bottom level, so when it was warm out the first level would cool off very well but the top floor with the bed remained quite warm. The two levels was cute but I would not stay in that type of room again. I would however stay at the B&B again, just in a one-level room

Spacious and well equipped
Apartment is on busy street with lots of traffic noise day and night
