Können wir beim besten Willen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Leider nichts.

Die Unterkunft benötigt grundsätzlich eine Generalüberholung. Es war mehr schlechter „Hostel-Stil“. Das Zimmer war schmuddelig, miefig, keine Klimaanlage/Ventilatoren verstaubt, Bestellgestell dreckig/schmierig, Boden und Türen haben „geklebt“.

Établissement qui demande des travaux et du modernisme. Prises hors du mur des caches misères qui ne cache pas grand chose. Traces sur serviettes. Et insonorisation immonde, des gens irrespectueux qui ont fait du bruit jusqu’à une grande partie de la nuit!!

séjour correct en rapport avec les commentaires lus sur internet .

le prix et le petit déjeuner continental, la propreté de la chambre et la qualité de la literie;

le rideau de douche, l'usure des éléments de la salle de bain et le bruit dans la montée de l'escalier en début de nuit.

Leider wurde die Nachtruhe durch eine lautstarke Diskussion von uneinsichtigen Gästen nachhaltig gestört. Im übrigen war alles ok

Don't go here with kids

We were able to check in after 10pm. Lift was available.

Room was really small and my boyfriend hit his head on the bunk bed. There was mold in the bathroom.

stay somewhere else if you can afford a better place

the cheapest place I could for in booking last minute free parking

no AC or fan making it really difficult to sleep and impossible for to sleep with open window due to people picnicking outside until midnight. shower head was completely destroyed and the only way to shower is to keep it up with one hand while showering

Good for a shorter stay in good weather, if you are outside the hotel most of the time anyways.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the small common/dinner/breakfast room was light and clean. The sitting area in front of the hotel - with the benches, tree/bushes and fairylights was very nice - but of course you can only use it when it`s dry and warm enough. There is a microwave you can use and some groceries you can buy.

The common room is quite small so if everyone in the hotel would like to have breakfast would not fit. In the warm months this is not a problem, but when it`s colder/rainy, it would be a problem to actually have an area to sit in other than your room - which in our case was very small and not too light. It`s totally fine for a small budget and if you mainly want to be outside the hotel anyways. :) For us it was totally fine :) Though it would have be nice to have a fridge to store things.

Location was up quite a steep hill as one approached it

Grimy bathroom floor Long dark hairs on floor....I am blond Shower not at all user friendly Scuff marks on bedroom floor Rubbish not emptied ,room never tidied Room very tiny with 2 single beds in it

Worth the money. Comfortable and Clean Beds. Late Check-In Timings. Nice Ambience around the Hotel.

The place is a bit far from Lake Annecy, around 20minutes walking. Our bathroom was a bit small and it flooded every time we showered. No dedicated luggage storage area but you can still keep your luggage with them.

for a very short stay , may be a night, its ok because of its location. not value for money.

Location was good. Friendly staff and the check-in was easy and fast. Hotel has a large open car park which looks quite safe. Food outlets are near by. So no issue for food. Hot water and room heating was satisfactory.

Too basic room compared to its rate. The toilet was very small and not up to the mark. it was clean though. Rooms are small and cramp as well. No amenities inside the room other then a packet of shower gel in the toilet.
