Lovely apartment in a great location.

Beautiful apartment in a nice location. The owner was responsive and having a lift was a nice bonus. We look forward to visiting again.

The heater didn’t work well, but it wasn’t terrible either.

Situation idéale mais propreté a revoir

Appartement spacieux idéalement situé au coeur de la ville d'Annecy à proximité du Vieux Annecy et des commerces

Appartement sale (équipements de la cuisine, traces sur les murs, draps avec des traces, toiles d'araignées). Les lit n'étaient pas confortables et sans alèses ! Attention le parking est à demander dès la réservation. Sinon parking de la poste à 300m

Perfect location close to the lake and shops

Super spacious, comfortable and fantastic location. Included car park nearby, washing machine also in the apartment.

Beautiful, spacious flat

Nice large apartment. Nicely equipped. The terrace was great, though it was too hot to enjoy. Great communication. The location is excellent. Lift is great if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Shower was lovely! Would 100% recommend. We wished we could have stayed longer.

With the inclusion of a/c, the bedrooms were a bit hot at night. Fans were a nice addition, but I would have liked to have known air conditioning was in the main room only.

Perfect location for a centre of Annecy, Old Town & Lake visit.

The location is convenient for the old town and the lake. The apartment is on the first floor and has a lift. A lovely small balcony / seating area that had some sun for a couple of hours each day. Mostly quiet. Comfortable and well kitted out. Very pleasant host who sorted out a missing speaker plug issue for us very quickly.

The balcony flowers are not as photographed, there were no flowers. The secure cool parking is 10-12 minutes walk away from the apartment but that was difficult for 1 driver with bags (on this occasion the other guest arrived by train). There are vehicle restricted streets at the apartment, so difficult to drop off bags if you are by yourself and have to move the car to the garage 10-12 minutes walk away. The key is needed to lock the apartment and open and lock the parking garage (so tricky to leave the key in the apartment as instructed, on departure). Now we know these things we would still stay there again as it was nice.

Amazing location, very central, walking distance to everything. Super quite. We felt at home right away 😊 We would definetly stay there again if you go back.

the location is great.

the toilet broke on first use. there was no toilet paper on arrival, we had to go buy some. there was a leak from the sink in the toilet. the water wouldn’t go down in the bathroom’s sink and in the shower. the apartment was cold and there’s no way of controlling the temperature. the owner replied within a reasonable time, was not able to get someone to fix the apartment in time but did apologize. the owner offered a commercial gesture but never replied when asked for it.
