Superó nuestras expectativas! No echas de menos las comodidades del centro de Londres!

Tuvimos suerte con la habitación y nos tocó una habitación en la esquina de la planta 2, bastante amplia (cabían las dos maletas de cabina perfectamente en el suelo). Bastante bien equipada con enchufes por todas partes e incluso enchufe-usb. La cama cómoda y el baño justo pero cómodo. La ubicación sin ser el centro de Londres es buenísima ya que está a 5 minutos andando de la estación de London Liverpool Street (estación con muchas conexiones y a la que llega el Stansted Express) Cerca de Spitafields y de Shoreditch, así que no echas de menos el centro para encontrar sitios donde cenar o desayunar.

El servicio de consigna de las maletas se cobra por bulto, aunque sea una mochila pequeña. Ya que se ha normalizado hacer los checkin a las 15h, se agradecería algo más de flexibilidad. También se ha normalizado no limpiar la habitación hasta pasada la 3ª noche de estancia pero si que es verdad que el personal es muy amable y en caso de que necesites una toalla nueva, te la cambian sin problemas. Relación calidad precio, justa pero son los precios de Londres.

Τοποθεσία

Μικρά δωμάτια Καθαριότητα 👎 Τα σεντόνια και οι μαξιλαροθήκες φαινόταν ότι δεν είναι καθαρές, και τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονταν και άλλαζαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες κάθε 3 μέρες. Επίσης πρώτη φορά μένω σε κατάλυμα, οποιασδήποτε κατηγορίας και να μην παρέχουν πετσέτες προσώπου. (Επαγγελματικά και προσωπικά ταξιδεύω κάθε μήνα) Είχε μόνο ντουζιέρα στον τοίχο που το νερό έπεφτε σαν «βελόνες» και ήταν βασανίστηκα δύσκολο να κάνεις μπάνιο και να πλυθείς σαν άνθρωπος Κακή σχέση ποιότητα τιμής Όταν ρωτήσαμε αν μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας γιατί δεν ήταν έτοιμο το δωμάτιο όταν φτάσαμε, μας είπαν ναι αλλά με χρέωση 3 λίρες/ αντικείμενο. Πρίζες είχε μόνο 2 σε ένα σημείο του δωματίου. Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν είναι κατάλυμα 3* Παρά πολύ ακριβό για τις παροχές Δεν θα το σύστηνα σε κανέναν

Locatie was top. Dichtbij Liverpool streetstation, dus ideaal om met trein van en naar Stansted airport te reizen. Fijne locatie om naar alle hotspots te reizen. Genoeg rondom hotel te beleven, maar toch heel rustig gelegen. Je hoort niks van buiten. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ontbijt top.

Het is wat gehorig binnen, dus je hoort mensen op de gang praten en lopen. Om de koffer in hotel te laten na het uitchecken moet je betalen. Minimaal bedrag, maar zou best onderdeel van de service mogen zijn.

Good value for the money spent

The staff are excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable, rooms and bathrooms clean, and the location is right around the corner from Liverpool Street station. The price is very good for what you get. It was also nice to have things like toiletries, fast WiFi and the hairdryer included still with such a cheap room, as those are the details you normally miss when you go for the most affordable places

The only negative, having booked a room with no window to get the cheapest rate, was the amount of noise - we were in a room right underneath the stairs down to the lower rooms and the noise of people going up and down the stairs was hard to ignore. We have stayed here before in a room with a window on a higher floor and it was great with no noise issues, and I'm sure the downstairs rooms further from the stairs are probably also fine. Room was also very small but again, I think the rooms you pay a little more for you do get more space

Perfect stay, staff very accommodating. Hotel is very secure, with up to date room entry & stylish lights.

La City comoda e moderna

Struttura molto moderna situata nel cuore della City di Londra. Sicuramente il suo punto di forza sta nella posizione, vicinissima alla stazione nei treni e della metro. In più se siete appassionati di Jack lo squartatore è sicuramente un buon punto da dove partire visitare i luoghi che lo hanno reso celebre.

Se avete il sonno leggero, la vicinanza della metro e il rumore in lontananza dei treni potrebbero crearvi dei problemi. Per il resto, struttura ottima se quello che cerchi è comodità senza tante pretese (camere extra large o finestre)

Exceptional

A big bonus was the location, right by Spitalfields Market and the station. The room was clean and had aircon and a TV too. Beautiful garden to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Very good located, I enjoyed the light settings, beds were comfortable

Not really cleaned, tv remote full of dusts, as well as shelves. The breakfast was ok but manly sweets (like croissants and cakes) and fruit, very little salty food, zero vegetables. There is very little space in the room, no wardrobe, but you can always put your stuff under the bed

Better than expected

I was positively surprised! Nice rooms (of course a bit small it’s London), everything worked properly- and was very clean, good breakfast and a very nice green yard to enjoy breakfast or self brought meals. Staff was friendly & helpful, location was ideal for exploring the city. Would come back!

Oh dear ...

The hotel is in a very good location a little way from Liverpool Street station.

The room was really small, there was hardly room to move. All the switches were ultra modern, a type I'd never seen before. They were not intuitive and it was hard to control the lighting and the heating. At 11:00 an unpleasant high pitched noise sounded in the room. I guess I was supposed to leave then. It thought the time by which to leave was 12. It was awful listening to that noise, even for the brief time I was there packing.

Unpleasant experience with staff

Being very honest the rooms were adequate but nothing impressive for the price you pay I’d expect better and bigger. However the real let down was the French member of staff I was met with at check in he was mot only very rude but completely unhelpful I think his name was George he was such an unpleasant person. However the members of staff I met the following day were very lovely and tried their best to make up for his actions and were completely wonderful

Perfect location, quiet and friendly.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff. perfect for a short stay.

unfortunately the main light in the room wouldn’t turn off and had or get maintenance up at 3am, sadly couldn’t be fixed. But we were moved to a new room straight away! shame about the issue, but the staff helped straight away and sorted out!

Good value and location

Location - it is less than 5 mins walk from Liverpool Street station so an ideal location if you’re flying in/out via Stansted Airport. Nice coffee area which was still open close to midnight. Room was basic and small but comfortable - shower was excellent. I would stay here again.

The property was amazing for short visits to London, anyone seeking short stays, it was amazing value for the money! With the chrome casting also, means you watch or catch up on shows on the go!
