Nice and clean. Like that it was an apartment.
A fair amount of noise but it was very central

The location was perfect
If possible triple glazed windows to help with noise from outside but it did not affect my stay

Beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. Good car parking facility.
Rooms were warm with little opportunity to get some air in to cool down.
Loud large TV screen on side of club down the road was irritating to sleep through.

Excellent location. Close to station and shopping. Spotless throughout, with excellent facilities. Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, superb shower and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of sockets, decent fans for the hot weather
Barely anything! Dishwasher didn't work which I only found out on my last night but there is everything you need for washing up. Being really picky a TV in the bedroom would have been nice but honestly I can find no fault

Location of the apartments were great and close enough to the train station. Value for money was fair and amenities were good. Lounge is spacious and internet/wifi was good enough to perform my work daily.
Noise levels here are excessive due to proximity of bars and clubs. The apartment was exceptionally hot and was unbearable the first day due to the fact that windows only open about 5 cm and the balcony door could not be opened due to no key. Reception advised that they cannot leave the balcony door key with us to open and close for fresh air due to apartment policy and we were so hot the 1st night that we could not sleep. No air conditioner. The fan supplied was really dirty and when switched on made the entire lounge full of dust bunnies and dirt from the blades and fan cover. We were supplied with a second fan that helped with the heat. The apartment had spider webs all over the windows that was not cleaned. Be aware that their is no room maintenance/cleaning (Fresh towels etc) for the duration of your stay. We received a back room with full sun from midday (Extreme heat) and it had no view other than down onto a pub/restaurant.

Everything about this place definitely exceeded expectations. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and answered all questions that I had. It was an amazing location a 5 min walk from the station and very close to everything you would need in Reading - would defo stay again :)

comfortable beds, good communication, clean, good self check in, clear instructions from staff.
£15 per night for parking is too steep when they have a carpark for the building.
very hot- can’t open the windows in the bedrooms and you don’t want to leave the windows at the front open as easy access from outside.
very noisy from streets outside- perfect if you’re out enjoying the night life from central reading anyway but just not ideal if not.
additional £250 deposit asked for- deposits aren’t usually the same price as the stay so this is too steep as well.

Location and price. Comfortable apartments for families.
It is very hard to find it when you use Google maps or any other navigator. If you do this it will guide you to an alley nearby and you have to walk about 150 meters, +stairs, which is not very difficult, but when you are with family and many luggages and small children it's a disaster. The property is not helpful at all with this problem and also the personal when you call them they cannot help you with instructions. Also the property is of medium standards but that's why the price is good. We had a top floor apartment, which with heavy rain was leaking from the shilling of the living room. The apartment doesn't have equipment to clean the floor if needed, and they are serviced (as they told us) once a week.

so clean and tidy!
The parking was hard to find, but there were road diversions and road closures so it would probably be easier when the road was open. Everyone was really helpful and the parking issue was sorted quickly :)

Central
All available
Heating adequate for all rooms
Needed more attention to better cleaning; I had to clean better the kitchen
Availability of a small table (folding?) in kitchen
Availability of staff before 9 and after 6PM. For working people the current timing doesn't allow to interact in person in case of anything needed

I received an email advising me that they would be closing at 5 and asking for credit card details - I was not happy to provide card details over an email so advised I would be there by 4.30 - I arrived at the suites at 4.27 and it was locked up, a resident let me in there were no notes or instructions left on the door or reception, I sat in reception for 30 mins no one showed up, I ended up having to find another hotel in Reading for the night.
Very poor service and communication.

great location, friendly staffs, well equipped with household appliances, value for money
ventilation, can smell grilled food from previous guests

The price was good for what was offered, all the basics were there. The location was okay too.
It wasn't very clean. Dust on surfaces, sticky in the kitchen, dishes weren't properly cleaned either. There were random items left in the kitchen cabinets as well, so they didn't really put much effort into cleaning. One of the reasons I picked the accommodation was because other reviews said it was very clean, so this was a bit disappointing.

Within 10 minutes walk from the train station. Central location to the Oracle shopping mall, High Street and restaurants. Parking is available if pre-booked.
The apartment has all the basics available for your stay. I guess there could have been a few more furnishings/ decor that "warm" the apartment up a little.

The apartment was tidy and spacious. Location was a plus.
Security and safety was one of the concern as the apartment locking system wasn't very well.

Carmen and Florian took care of everything for us. Small details that we needed. (Extra hangers, a mirror, and moving us to a quieter location)
Christine on reception was awesome
A big issue was the fact that there weren't any mirrors in the bedrooms. There wasn't a plug in the bathroom for a hairdryer or curling iron. I understand the danger of plugs and water, however a mirror should be provided in the bedrooms so that you can do your hair. (In Canada, we have safety plugs .. I was surprised that they weren't used in the UK)
There was also a very bad odor coming from the shower and sink drain. They did put something down the drains twice, but it didn't take care of the odor. We lived with it. In the first unit, it was above a garage and the door made a really loud noise. It kept us awake all night after travelling overnight from Canada. This was the main reason we moved to another more quiet unit. Apparently it wasn't a matter of oiling the door, it was a major part that needed replacing.

Helpful staff, very clean apartment, everything you need. Very close to range of shops, restaurants and other entertainment.
Noise from bars downstairs on some evenings.
Be aware of the pets policy - I misunderstood it and almost landed in a difficult situation.
