The staff were really excellent and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.
We weren't that happy with our room, which didn't have daylight, and the only window looked onto the breakfast area; it was also a bit "musty" - not damp, but we felt smokers had used the room. There were no facilities for making tea or coffee in our room. Storage was minimal, and in fact the room felt cramped.

Brindaron muy buena atención !!!
Que Guatemala atraviesa por un momento político complicado y no fue el mejor momento para viajar de negocios, la ciudad paralizada !!!

It's a delightful hotel, clean and hip and safe (there is a guard in front), right in the heart of the Zona Viva, so close to all kinds of good restaurants and shops. They were helpful in every way, including a ride to the airport (which is not too far), very early in the morning. I would certainly stay there again: I'm happy to find this place!
If you are mobility impaired, this is not for you--many unexpected little stairways and uneven footing. The rooms are small, but use the space well.

We stayed here one night after getting in late to the airport. It was a relief having an airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and made to order, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

NO Sleep, loud music next door ( Disco) and at 6 AM they sartet again with loud music in front of the Hotel.
Some Hotel Rooms doesnt have no windows!
My room the Nr. 12 has a littel balcony to the street side, but also a widow to the indoor Staris Aile so lots of noises from other guest you hear.
Warning ! This hotel charge you a NO SHOW if you haved booked for tow person and is check in just one.
I never hear that befor, that a Hotel charges NO SHOWS! ( ONLY AIRLINS) do this.
This acoomodation I can not recommendet.
Make sure for how many person you gone book here , other wise the will rep you off.
Bad experians ever!

The entire hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The breakfast was great, I almost missed it if it hadn’t been for the check up cal to remind us for our free breakfast we had.
There were hairs in our breakfasts plates on the second day and the worst part is I could barely sleep because the nightclub was loud as day in our room until 1 in the morning.

Comfortable room, very helpful staff.
Hallway lights shine into second floor rooms. Noise from neighboring bars, though that’s not their fault.

It was nice with good amenities and the location was perfect to get with ease to the airport early morning.

They were kind enough to give me another room when I found the first one somewhat claustrophobic.
There was a small bottle of water in the room upon arrival.
Could use a bit more eye for detail (clock standing still, painting crooked, hair in the shower). If light is important to you, be aware there’s only a small matte window into the hallway.
On both my nights (a Monday and Tuesday) I heard a faint beat in the background. Sounds from the hallway are scarce but very loud. It’s practically possible to follow conversations at the reception from your room. I’d advise you to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. They were attending our needs. The place was very clean and great location.
Everything was perfect.

I was able to get a room on short notice after my prior booked hotel gave away my room. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate me when I asked for a quieter room away from the night club.
I would have preferred if the TV had better options than just local cable, like maybe Netflix or something. Also, the shower was not hot.
2.5
Very noisy location. Lots if loud music until late in the evening and lots if traffic noise.
