The location is perfect in Guatemala City, the surroundings are great with shopping and restaurants! I will stay here whenever I travel to Guatemala in the future.

For it to be a new hotel it looks like it needs more staffing and more attention for cleaning us as I noticed in my room

It was in a great location

Once you arrive to the hotel, you need to take the elevator to the sixth floor to check in and also the elevator was broken so I had to take another building entrance to get to the six floor checking once you checked in pretty much they don’t give you information or layout of the hotel so you can maneuver find your way to your room. Also, you need to use your key card to get to the floor that your room is on I recommend next time staying in another hotel, because the hype was not all what it was but that’s my personal opinion

Spacious modern room in great neighborhood but cleaning not the best

The neighborhood is fantastic. Room is spacious and modern.

Black hairs inside the shower and on the floor. Also for this price I expect a swimming pool.

The Best Stay in Ciudad Cayala Guatemala

The staff was great and this Hotel has everything you need, especially if you are arriving in Guatemala late at the airport this will be you best option, because you can have a lot of variety of restaurants around and it's also super safe but I love the rooms super comfy and also the designs of the bathrooms everything was perfect, I also used the gym and they have the right equipment for a nice workout, they have one of the best balconies with the view to the hole GT City so everything was perfect, I will stay there again for sure.

We will stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect. Ciudad Cayala is safe with lots of good restaurants and shopping. The staff are all friendly and the views from the upper level are breathtaking.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE VALUE

İt is not worth the money . The rooms are too small. The Reception is on 6th Floor. When you arrive in the evening on the ground floor entrance you are on your own with your luggage . One bottle of free water per room per day . If you want a second bottle they charge.

Great location, nice breakfast, somewhat pale and not so fun on the inside

The location is great, right in the middle of Cayala, with restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and walking right exiting the door. The breakfast was pretty good, a regular buffet breakfast with some local food as well. The view from the terrace is awesome. Rooms are comfy for sleeping and resting.

No amenities in the hotel, no pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Regular room's view is underwhelming. Rooms and halls are very basic, square and pale. Weird arrangement for the bathroom; has a slide door for shower and toilet, and the sink is outside, near the bed. Parking was somewhat confusing on entering and exiting, but staff was helpful. TV only had Netflix, YouTube and Pandora, and was clunky to access, since you had to enter your username/password using the TV remote, and manually exit after leaving.
