Extremely disturbing

Convince to the location,the proximity to my office

I was traveling for work and chose the location close to the office. On one of the evenings after my return from work,I left my valuables at the room and went for dinner. After my return I figured that my room was robbed-my valuables stolen. I recieved very little cooperation and support from the owners,they were insisting that it's impossible. I called the police for evidence,but we found out that hotel has too little cameras to catch the culprit. The door wasn't broken into same as windows,which is extremely weird and suspicious. This is the first time this happened to me in my whole life of travels. Extremely upsetting. I feel completely helpless as hotel management didn't offer any help or assistance or compensation or taken the responsibility over what happened.

we highly recommend this place

We planned to arrive outside reception work hours, the staff was very helpful and friendly, left out the keys so we can get in to our room. Great parking place in the property’s yard.

Lovely studio room.

I booked this lastminute while in the train from Prague. It was delayed so didn't arrive until late. They were helpful, left key in a safe box and kept me informed. The room was lovely, it had everything it needed and was clean and nicely decorated.

The only issue was the coffee machine was in a shared area outside the room which I didn't feel like making any noise at 10pm.

Overall good stay spoiled by a small theft

Good location to stay overnight when traveling. Parking inside the property. Not so far from the city center (can take a Bolt taxy for 9eur).

A bit too small parking. Odour of synthetic carpets in the room. And... stolen parfum. My wife used it before we left for a city walk, and it was gone when we returned to the room. They said they have video surveillance system and will check who entered the room during our absence, but a week passed and no news...

Cozy place with welcoming receptionist lady. Very quiet neighbourhood. Clean, bright and comfortable room. Free private parking. Great location. It is outside the city center, however, there are a few bus stops nearby.

Even though we were asked at the check-in when do we want our breakfast served, it was brought to us half an hour early, which was unexpected. Boiled eggs were cold. It would be better if hot beverages (in our case coffee) had been served separately or we could prepare it ourselves using coffee machine. Otherwise, it gets cold.

We decided to chose this hotel based on our plans ( travelling to central Europe by car) and a very positive reviews, and did not regret! More over, there was a big car accident on the road / highway to Brno, so we were more than happy to stay here as we did not need to enter Brno center and wait being tired after long travelling. By the way, our messaging on arrival with host via booking.com was very OK -they were responding fast. We were provided after smooth and fast check-in with the 3rd floor room which was big enough and conected with room's kitchen for our use . There is no elevator so have this in mind if you are with babies, boosters or disabled( however, maybe they would.provide with the first floor if requested special conditions?) All is spotless clean- beds, kitchen, bathroom with space enough (.we were 4).Kitchen is well equiped even some spices were there. Coffee and tea can be prepared at any time - there is a machine at the litlle corridor at the same floor. The view around is cosy and peaceful- little church and private gardens- such a pleasure for eyes after days being between skyscrapers. Night was very peaceful- no cars heard even the house is on the corner. Breakfast was simple but full. Parking is local and next to the house, there were 4 cars during our stay, probably if more, there would be free parking next to the church. 15 mins to drive by car to old town. By the way, parking in Brno - green line B zone is 1 hour for free, the next is few to pay, if stayed for some 2-3 hours. Have in mind- check out is before 10am ( to say the truth, we left at 10.20am ;)) but it was OK and according our travelling plans. We highly recommend this hotel!

Spacious and clean

good located, very clean and spacious. good breakfast. easy check in/out (even easier)

room was on the street side and was quite noisy from outside traffic, but could rest well. I did not see/find any smaller pillows as the ones were ok and comfy for watching tv, but too big for (my) sleep behaviours.

Superb

Great place to stay for one night or even longer :) No problem to check in even at late night (keys were in the box). Very quiet, clean and comfy room. Breakfast was perfect - there were many different kinds of food with vegetables, milk and cereals for kids. I really recommend this place.
