I love everything. The bubble spectacular. The staff incredible and very good selection of food. The starts at night is breathtaking and the activities at the camp are cheap and very nice. We did the start gazing and we have an awesome time. Thank you wadi rum bubble for an amazing stay
I like everything

Bubble Luxotel was one of the, if not the best hotel experience in my life. The location is secluded away from the touristy part of Wadi Rum with stunning mountains all around. The bubble hotel is spectacular with all amenities one can think of from a hammock, jacuzzi, big beds, beautiful living room (with a comfy sofa) & a fantastic washroom/changing area. The morning views were to die for & sleeping under the stars & moon looking up while sleeping was absolutely amazing. Keep in mind, you're bang in the middle of a vast desert stretching over 700 kms! So the facilities were even more mind-blowing.
Notably, the breakfast was great (mashed potatoes were the best) & the dinner was also fantastic with lots of meat options. The way they make chicken & lamb is also unique, make sure you request the staff to show you how they do it, the staff is very nice and helpful.
The high cost does actually feel like worth it even though now is a good time to go because of less tourists & you might get these rooms for even around $200/night. Overall, I highly recommend Bubble Luxotel Wadi Rum as a unique & Wonderful life experience.
There were a few marks on the bubble tent on the top from where you see outside from the living room & bedroom. You wish they would be cleaned (if possible), but this is not enough to deduct a ⭐.
Also the reviews about Jacuzzi not working, food being bad & feeling unsafe (it's an auto-lock system, come on!) is something I didn't face at all. They were all fantastic and to the contrary.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Starting with a smooth pickup. Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a Jeep tor for us that was the highlight of our stay. We had the most delicious dinner and were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful scenes of Wadi Rum. The Bubbles are everything you imagine and more, so much fun. We stayed up at night and were able to stargaze and woke up early and watched the sunrise. Truly magical. The hike trails were close and safe. We really enjoyed our walks around the campground. The breakfast next morning Did not disappoint. Every single person went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were comfortable. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Excelente experiencia !

Bubble konsepti iyi fakat destekleyici hizmetler zayıftı

- Great location
- lot of space between bubbles
- way too expensive for what they offer. Not worth the money. Stay in Aqaba and travel to the Wadi Rum, it is only 50min away.
- the moment we stepped outside the pick-up when we arrived, someone tried to sell us a jeep tour. We did not even check in..
- there is nothing to do except for a couple of tours.
- the bubble was run down and full of holes and patches. They need to invest way more to upkeep the hotel.
- there is no privacy. The main bubble has no curtains and everyone can see inside
- I paid 7Jod for 2.5L of water....

The location, it was neat being able to wake up and have coffee overlooking the desert and old French fort.
Poor value. I would say it is a 3 star place, not luxury. It's like paying for champagne and getting 7up. They didn't execute well. The furnishings were all chipped and the veneer was coming off, the towels and robes were frayed, and the bubble looks like it was patched by a nine year old. The food was not bad, but was unremarkable. I couldn't tell you anything I ate. And the staff while super friendly were not well trained. Little things like instead of coming to service the room while we were out in the desert all morning, they waited until we were resting in the afternoon. Just very disorganized. The say was okay. We enjoyed the experience, but for the money we were expecting a whole lot more.

Location, staff and the overall experience
We were literally cooked the next morning as they got delayed in covering our tent panoramic celling.
Not very well maintained rooms though clean

The food was nice and the staff were friendly
The property is a cool concept but it’s very run down. Part of the aircon unit was hanging off, the kettle didn’t work, the bubble had holes in it and was taped up with dirty tape, the bed and sofa are old, the external stair handle was broken and wobbling and the hot tub was dirty. The bubble and external glass fence had dirty marks. The towels had stains on them. It’s a good concept but it just need and upgrade and maintenance. If it was half the price then I would have been perfectly happy. However for the money that you pay, it’s sadly not good value.
3.5
Convenient location, great place to stargaze. Reception staff very kind and helpful.
A/c not working in restaurant in 40C heat outside. Transportation from parking to camp could be better organized. A bit expensive for what you get

Location
One golf cart to service all guests. Some staff had no uniform or name tags manager was wearing a Nike shirt.
Place was great at some point. You can see they didn’t take care of the facility over the years.
Prices are extremely high. Hot tub didn’t work, and after they try to fix it, it has no lights.

The location far from other structure is very good.
Something went wrong at Bubble Lux hotel:
- we booked a car to visit Wadi rum protected area but we visited another area. We complained with the guy who planned it and the day after we went to visit the right place. The 4x4 cars are too old.
- one of the AC Was very noisy but they can’t fix it
- during the night, barking dogs just outside the bubbles
- too expensive.

Location, staff and amenities
The breakfast area was too hot and the breakfast buffet was not good.

The food was reasonably good and there was ample choice.
The Hotel is very poorly maintained. I expected a more professional approach from the greeting and reception staff. The other staff were friendly. I think the owners should pay far more attention to maintaining all facilities. I understand that Wadi Rum is very remote however I expect more from a hotel that considers itself in the luxury market.

Nothing
Everything, was very bad experience, the room is old and the direction to the hotel was terrible we lost in the desert for 2h, no signs or directions even I didn’t receive an email that there is a pickup point. Hot water only in the morning and in the afternoon and there is no internet in the room, u should go to the reception to have an internet.. food old and I was talking to the chef n he said they have supplies once a week…and the Jacuzzi not working. Never again

the safari trip.
the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
should be curtains inside the bubble cause its very hot at morning time.
not that much activities at night.

things inside the bubble looks a bit old , need to be replaced .

Location, location & location!
I thought it would be luxury given the price compared to other camp sites however the bathrooms were not great, cold showers, the bubbles were patched up. The tours feel disorganised and are inflexible.

beautiful property with good staff that were very attentive.
jacuzzi could be cleaned a bit better
4.5
The location and views of Wadi Rum were amazing! And staying in the bubbles really made you feel like you were staying on Mars. The bubbles were great. We timed our stay so that there was no moon to maximise the star gazing, so we relaxed in the hot tub at night and gazed at the stars, which was beautiful.
The jeep tour into Wadi Rum was great and easily arranged, one tip bring cash with you to pay for the tour as the drivers prefer this.
The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good.
Just a few picky thing, some of the staff seemed a bit uninterested and not as attentive as I would expect for the price you are paying. They said that dinner was served until 10pm but they started clearing the food away at 9.30pm.
