Tricky to find this property & its not a family friendly property for sure

just the tall building around this apartment & nothing much there

Location is tricky to find & more over even tricky to find a parking space nearby unless you want to use the Apartments private parking which's around 25 euros per day/visit.

The worst vacation

The worst ever unit i book in booking.com

The owner didnt reply our chat at all we need to find the unit by our self... too many cigarette butts in the balcony and alot of item cannot be used...the owner very hard to contact and arrogant... picture didnt describe the unit... i woudnt suggest people to book this unit pls think about before booking this unit

Disappointing

The location near the subway station line 1 (city main line)

Lack of cleaning of the rooms, poor supply of cutlery, Wi-Fi line failure, need to contact the staff only via messages with the consequent difficulties in solving problems.

good value for the money if one can overlook some beauty flaws

All went smooth with check in, just a little hard to find despite instructions. nice area if you like skyscrapers.

it had a feeling of being not so new without being dirty at all.

Excellent for the position, so so the location itself and the view

The position in Paris is great, close to metro and easy to reach. La Defense is pretty environment

The apartment is good and pretty but located in a buiding quite old and a little frightening when you arrive there. Especially if you arrive on Sunday the place is nearly desert as all buildings around are offices. The apartment is at second floor in a group of buildings not very well maintained, there is a great balcony but the view on the "backyard" shows a very poor respect by people living there. Grass is dirty and badly kept. If you are looking for something "romantic" get ready to a sort of first impression shock.

Poor

Only hot water and heater are fine,location near M1 is ok.

The pictures compare with actual conditions are totally different , some furnitures were broken or very dirty, and whole house don’t have opening windows, outside have guardrail,bec of safety consideration, bec L2 really very low . If I am alone, I feel so scared to stay in the evening . Kitchen and washroom have smell. Very disappointed

Unacceptable apartment!we feel cheated!!should not rent again

The location was worth it, because it was close to subway

The apartment was unacceptable!!!!very dirty,,different photos on internet than in reality,,dirty towels ,bathroom,kitchen🤯🤯😱😱,the closets had moldy pillows and disgusting quilts!!!!The sofa was soiled with semen!!!We feel cheated by the apartment and booking should check the apartment please !!!!!!

Great location, very average accommodation even for the reasonable price

We stayed 3 nights. The location is great, very close to metro and easy to get anywhere in the city. Being close to the end of the metro line means it is easy to get a seat on the metro which is good for the kids. Free wifi. Washing machine and full size fridge/freezer. Secure. Reasonable price for Paris. Variety of restaurants and cafes close by, the Italian does takeaway pizza, there is also chinese, and the cafe next to the italian does very good coffee in the mornings. Bed comfortable. Large sofa bed (suitable for children, not comfortable for adults). Good water pressure in shower. We booked our parking through the Oppngo app which only cost 20 euros total for our 4 days, which is much cheaper than paying at the building HOWEVER, what we did not know was that to get back into the parking building pedestrian entrances to the lifts from the street level, you need a parking ticket from the machines as you enter the parking building barriers in your car to use as a swipecard. Because we prepaid our parking, the barriers opened as we pulled up and we did not get a ticket. Thankfully we found one someone had left by the pay machines that worked. So, if using an app to pay for parking, enter the building in your car first to get a ticket, then book and pay for your parking once in the building.

Extremely difficult to find - would be so much easier if guidance was given on where to park and what lift is closest to the building. We (eventually) moved our car to level 4/4 once we found where the building was (level -4 in the lift), which comes out very close to the aprtment entrance at the street level. This was after it originally took us an hour on foot (with two kids) to find the apartment building entrance from where we first parked as it is not at all clear where to go, especially if you initially take a lift that is on the other side of the parking building like we did. This made us angry, as I had emailed three times asking for clear parking directions in the weeks prior to our stay and got no reply until a few hours before our arrival that only told us which parking building to go to. We then had to wait for someone to come out of the building to be able to get in, as we had been told to 'ring for ----- family to be let in remotely' and there were no names on the doorbells, or a phone we could see to do this. All this has affected our rating for this property as so many reviews comment on how hard it is to find and the hosts have not done anything to fix this. Apartment very tired - the photos are a bit 'creative' of the balcony / bathroom especially. Balcony dirty, smelly and a mess from water constantly dripping from higher apartments meaning you can't really sit out there. Broken blind handle meaning we could not open blinds for the bedroom. Multiple power sockets and bedside light did not work. Rotting areas in bathroom. Large amount of wet linen left dumped on the only clothes rack, meaning we had to rearrange and dry the linen for the property owner before drying our clothes, as the linen would have gone mouldy. Dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards. Had to sleep with balcony doors open due to heat, so were kept awake by loud residents until 3am.
