I loved everything!
7.0
The location is perfect; just in the hearth of old town. The host was very kind; he helped us to carry the luggages. The entire house was for us; large enough. There was enough facilities to make tea, coffee, water in the refrigator (free).
There has been to much stairs :(

Amazing location! Very clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home in a very beautiful town. Spacious, full kitchen, amazing rooftop terrace and located in the center of town. A/C in the bedroom works great! TONS of restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Francisco was extremely helpful and attentive. Please note: if you are traveling here by train from Bari, you have to get off at Fasano and take the bus to town Cisternino. (do not go the train station Cisternino as there is no bus or taxi service to the town Cisternino and it is very far to the town!) Francisco was very helpful in helping us navigate this. Will stay here again on the next visit to Cisternino. (We were in the top floor apartment)
Everything was beyond wonderful, so NO complaints! Mobility challenged people beware. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor EU (3rd floor US) and the steps are quite steep. This wasn’t a problem for us, but we also noticed this is the case in most houses here because of the historical layout of the beautiful town.

Very upscale feeling without being pretentious. Breakfast and happy hour each day were delightful. Staff were exceptional. Location was perfect!
Air con tried but didn’t quite meet the mark for us.

Location, cleanliness, facilities. Wonderful rooftop terrace!

Spacious, well appointed apartment situated in the center of the old town.
Access to upstairs unit is through a section of your lounge room cordoned off by an open bookcase. This creates a privacy issue since you never know when upstairs guests will be coming or going. It is suggested you keep your bedroom door locked at night (bathroom is off lounge room) For security, personal belongings need to be kept in your lockable bedroom at all times. We had no problem with this situation and upstairs guests were always polite & courteous when passing through but you need to be aware that guests can come and go at any time of day or night.

Location was fantastic as was the terrace and balcony. Very clean, friendly person on hand when we arrived, limited to English but that wasn't a problem and ultimately quite charming, though had we needed help one wonders...
Personally I found it rather disappointing and to a degree annoying that our space had to be entered by any guests staying in the flat above. While there were lockable doors for the bedroom and the bathroom (it wasn't en-suite) I didn't feel any real sense of privacy while there. Those able to rent the flat above I would imagine would be fine, albeit they have to walk through the lower flat where other people might be staying.

One of the most comfortable beds ever. It makes you feel in a real Palace...
The street is a bit noisy in the night. No place to hang the towels.
