Fantastic little studio in the best spot in town

Chrissy's place was wonderful! First and foremost, the location is insane. Right in the heart of Shoreditch and on the edge of Hackney, probably the coolest two areas of London, If you love great coffee, food, shops, street art—this is perfect for you. The studio itself was great, much larger and nicer than the tiny hotel room you'd get for the same price. Good lighting (both from windows and lights), awesome shower, queen bed (note! UK queen—narrower than American queen), no TV cause who needs it when you're mostly out walking around. Easy to get to by bus and train around town. Chrissy herself was so lovely, friendly, funny and helpful. We were there during a very cold December and that was our warm cozy home for a week.

The bed is too soft for my liking, and made my back a bit crampy.

Amazing host. Amazing location. The neighborhood itself has a great vibe and superb local restaurants. Very easy access to anywhere else in the city. The studio has anything you would need for stays of any length. The washer/dryer and the great toiletries were a very nice bonus. The place was clean, roomy and comfortable. The host has a list of recommended places to go for food and shopping in the neighborhood and basically we would recomment staying as long as you can and crossing off the places on this list one by one...

Perfect for the solo visitor who wants to explore this lively district

Excellent location in the buzzing Shoreditch heartland, yet tucked away down a quiet lane. A ton of trendy bars and cafes a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful owner upstairs.

One of the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The hospitality and the communication from the host was super helpful and friendly. Location!

Well. It is a studio apartment, so you know you arw getting into a small space. Living room+bedroom is big enough. Kitchen is small. I felt like there should be curtains on the windows.

Superb

The apartment is located in a central, well connected area that allows you even to avoid to take the subway if you are keen on walking. It is well furnished, with lots of supermarkets in the nearby. Very good value for money, considering London Cost of living. Very nice and welcoming hosts.

The only main thing is that you can clearly listen all the noises from the apartment above where the hosts live in but it's the price to pay to stay in such a nice building, that contributes a lot to the Londoners experience. And probably if you get caught by the hustle and bustle of the city, I will so much tired that you will fell asleep immediately you go to bed! Moreover, I read about other complaints about the noisy neighborhood but we found the apartment in a quite street, even during the weekend the noise from the surroundings was marginal, near to absent.

great apartment and friendly host, but noisy all night

The apartment was great, it had everything it needed and the location was great, right in the middle of Shoreditch. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The shower was awesome and the property was clean.

it’s worth noting this is a ground floor apartment so people are walking right past the windows. I was a little unfortunate on the night I stayed there (a Saturday night, was busy in Shoreditch) there was a small nightclub or party literally next door which went on until 6am. The owner was very kind and gave me some great earplugs to use which worked well but unfortunately didn’t drown out the bass noise. the floor in the above apartment is very squeaky! wasn’t a problem for me at night though. It was also very hot that night, perhaps having a fan available would be good for hot nights.

Comfortable stay with great facilities.

The apartment was lovely and bright, clean with great facilities. The keys were easy to pick up from a lock safe around the corner. Great shower, lovely kitchen with plenty of appliances. Comfy bed. Great communication from the host.

There was no TV which would have been nice. With wooden floors, it was quite noisy from movement above and people going up and down the stairs, sometimes felt someone was actually in the room! But minor complaints!

A very comfy and very clean studio in perfect location with everything you need for a perfect stay!

The host was very friendly and courteous about a possible early checkin time. She even gave us tips where we can find some nice places around the area of the studio. The studio was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The small kitchen was equipped enough to cook urself some meals. I loved the big shower! :) Would love to come back any time!

There is nothing we did not like about this Studio! :) It exceeded our expectations.

Perfect hidden gem!

Chrissy & Rupert were fantastic hosts, flexible and extremely helpful! The apartment is located in the heart of Shoreditch, everything you could need or want is within a 10 minute walking radius. The apartment is clean and well kept, the bed is comfortable and the shower is superb! Will definitely be staying here again!

I honestly do not have any negative comments. 10/10 stay!

Chrisi is just great, the apt is at the most prime location in shirditch, clean and nit with everything you need. Chrisi helped us with everything we needed! 10 out of 10! Such a great experience Very recommended!

Communication.

Very noisy apartment. Train tracks are next to apartment and trains keep passing every 3-5 minutes but even noisier was when someone walked in an apartment above this apartment. Last two days I asked to switch heading on because it was so cold. Bed also was uncomfortable.

Hosts were great, very happy to help and accommodating! The location was perfect, you were right in the heart of shoreditch and it was very easy to get around. The flat itself was lovely and perfect for a weekend away!
