The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

I'm so glad we booked this property & not a casino. It was close to the strip, but quiet and safe location which is great for families. The resort is clean, updated and has an adult only pool, family pool and arcade for the kids and much more. I would definitely stay again.

I looked at multiple properties & was so glad I booked this condo. It was perfect for us. The unit was well equipped & roomy. There were 6 of us. The pool was a godsend in the Vegas heat. We enjoyed the shuttle into Vegas daily. The staff were super friendly & accommodating. We will consider this property again.

Had a great stay. The room was better than expected. Luis checked us in quickly without issues but when we went to the second desk that gentleman there was pushy . I expected this, but after 10 mins of declining the free giftcard he finally let us go . After that we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay, besides being felt like we were harassed after checking in, from the people who were trying to sell the timeshare. Our room was clean, and beds were comfy. Had fast communication with the host. I will def come back!!

My family was in town for my daughter's soccer tournament. We needed a peaceful place to stay away from the strip. Definitely a place to unwind after a long day. The condo provided us that and more. The location was perfect since the games were located all over Vegas and Henderson. Definitely bookmarking this place.

First trip to Vegas, this was a perfect location. Easy access to the strip, shuttle to and from if needed. Walking distance to one end of the strip but easy pick up spot for Uber if needed. Will stay again!

Very clean and elegant facility with lovely pool area and grounds. Hot tub was too small (at Tower 2 pool area) so I would like to have used more but always too crowded. Nice Pools. Biggest complaint is the long walk up the pool areas to get to the Cafe for breakfasts. Always very long lines, they screwed up my order so had to go back wait again in the long line. They need a lot more servers/clerks. Also too expensive for quality of food items. Other that that-check in and out was easy adn staff were friendly. Very nice rooms. Our was a 2 bedroom suite with city view. master bath was beautiful. Property is a conveninet location to airport/strip.

The resort is full of things for families, clean and well maintained. We liked the 2 pools, 1 for families with children and an adult pool. The adult pool has very reasonably priced cabanas that you can bring in your own food and beverages. The activities center and movie theater are also great to keep the kids busy. The room was very nicely appointed and very comfortable. The main bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and a nice glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has 2 beds with the bathroom right outside. The kitchen has everything you need while you are there. The refrigerator even has a working ice maker. It is a short walk to the strip or under a $10 Uber if you don't want to walk. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean property, fresh sheets and towels. All appliances worked well, and it was great to plonk down and rest after a long trip without worrying about anything broken. Appreciated all the little things - tissue, soap, popcorn, coffee... at least for the first day or so we didn't have to rush out and get these items.

The resort was very good and comfy and the staff was very prompt in providing the service. We had to call them for servicing a couple of small items and they sent someone right away. The resort is in a safe neighborhood, has plenty of parking and is very neat and clean. The listing was pretty accurate as well and we didn't face any issues. Will definitely look to book this property when we are back in Vegas

Quiet, central, and awesome. Can't wait to return. The sales pitch in the lobby, and pressure over wrist bands is overboard, but it is worth every second of the obnoxious sales people to stay here. Would not hesitate to return. Pools were awesome. Parking was easy (AND FREE). Super clean.
