We only stayed one night so didn't bother to upgrade. The room smelled like cigarettes, although it was clean. The bed was soft but just average. Expected a bit more. The room is starting to feel dated.
Guest services line is always busy. A minimum of 20-30 min wait. All in all, it was an okay stay.
Conservatory is always beautiful but the main casino and bars are always bussing with people. It's very central along the strip which makes it great for access to everything.

Although they had six hotel elevators at any point in time, only three were used so we had to wait a long time to get on the elevator. Also, considering they charge what they do it’s a little sad that Jim is only open a couple hours a day

No coffee pot in the room. Nit enough seating throughout main floor lobby areas.

This was my first time at Bellagio and honestly I wasn’t impressed and will not return. We normally stay at the Wynn and will definitely be heading back there in future. We had a a bad experience at check in but Aga the Customer Service Manager was amazing and rectifying the situation. The rooms were really not cleaned well, no shower caps, soap and shampoo containers were empty even after we asked for replacements. But this weirdest incident happened when we left this morning at around 8:15am, the person helping to put our bags in took my bags and I was rooting through my purse for a tip and he started to get very verbally aggressive saying”some people are so rude not even a thank you or a dollar when I lifted your bags into the car” I honestly may not have said thank you as I was saying goodbye to family and was trying to find a tip for him at the same time and honestly it was one suitcase. I definitely appreciate the work of employees in the service industry and was really taken aback by this whole incident he ended up slamming the trunk and calling me disgusting I was so flabbergasted I never said one word to him I honestly couldn’t believe he was speaking to me. I would highly recommend some sort of customer service training for him. I will say the stores and restaurants are very good, location is central and the Christmas display was amazing. But definitely not a 5 star hotel maybe 4 at best and not worth the price.

Amazing we were surprizingly upgraded to a one bedroom suiet it had 2 and a half baths one with a large soaking tub and one with a steam shower big enough for two and a half bathroom upon the entrance. Beautiful stay and beautiful resort. The curtains were automatic and they unfortunatley were opening at 1:30 am every night and the service tech came up to reprogram them and gave us a $50 dollar credit for the Restaurants. Service was excellent. Comfort as well. We stayed before at Cesars and Bellagio is 100% better. Cesars was dirty and the room needed upgrading. BELLAGIO is our go to now.

The smoke in the casino is about as bad as we found on the strip. Really uncomfortable to deal with as non smokers. Hotel is great, but would gamble elsewhere!

It was okay, very crowded and busy the entire time there. Beautiful hotel though!

The Bellagio stay was awesome, we stay at the room that has the fountain view, great view of course, and the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere bright and beautiful and attentive service.

Fabulous!

Good location, nice staff. Cleaning needs to be better. Staff to ensure they close the room doors properly when they finish their work.

Only one coffee shop. The lines there were insane. Instead of gambling, we had to wait for over 30-45 minutes for coffee/breakfast.

Our stay wasn't terrible but for 5star hotel and the reputation the Bellagio has, it fell very short. Bathroom toiletries were very few, no shower cap, cotton buds, or makeup remover pads. The room has no coffee or tea maker, not even complimentary water bottles. The pillows were horribly soft and beds too soft with no support. I'd try Aria if you're wanting an upmarket hotel.

I enjoyed the spa....all the extras they had after my treatment. Lots of attendants. The steam was excellent , the cold plunge wonderful and the chaga mushroom ice tea a treat. Perfect!

We were in Las Vegas for the Eagles concert at the Sphere and wanted to stay at the Bellagio. It was everything we had hoped and more. The pool was great and the food was delish. We even came out ahead on the slots. Every staff member that we interacted with was outstanding! We had a great time at the Bellagio.

Beautiful room, but, we could not get it cool enough. I don't know if the airconditioner was working properly.

Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall a good experience, except the front of house staff at the Mayfair supper club, not at all welcoming and very unprofessional, took the shine off the wife’s 40th birthday as soon as we entered when expectations were high and you’re paying a premium! The wait staff inside the Mayfair were excellent though.

A really excellent hotel, well maintained and right at the heart of the strip. My only area of improvement would be the attitude and friendliness of the check-in staff which on my visit was somewhere between abrupt and rude

We love it here and will come back again, our favorite LV place to stay!

1. No coffe machiene or kettle in rooms
2. break in into the room and belongings were stolen
3. Emergency button did not work
4. Lobby did not take it serious they mentioned security is on the way for one hour no one came
By until i went down to the lobby myself
5. Hotel manager handed over case to hotel security and did not really care that the emergency button was not working
6. Creates an official police report and they directed me to a wrong police station at midnight where i spent 100$ to realize lvmdp most locations close at 5pm
7. Initial reaction ans communicafion very poor
8. If you wanted to buy water and the boutiques were closing at 10 they did not let you buy water 10 to 10 even though you are staying at the hotel
Overall horrible experience
This hotel service would never survive in europe

The room was spacious and noce. The view (fountain) was great...except the awful looking platform being erected for the F1 race.
Be aware...if you plan on eating at sny of the restaurants in the hotel (including breakfast) make reservations WELL in advanced

Service at this hotel is a step above, not the best if you’re just traveling through like we were in terms of room amenities for those not going to enjoy Vegas, very limited viewing options for the movie channel and no streaming access. However there’s no comparison for front desk service, despite a long line for the check in desk our experience was quick and personable , Alejandro helped us and he was exceptional. The room service menu was comprehensive and inclusive for all folks with dietary restrictions, for which I do not have, and the food quality was exceptional. Tip appropriately and you will have an excellent experience and unmatched service.

Smooth easy check in. Friendly staff. Most comfortable beds.

Beautiful hotel. Only downside was our inability to get into a restaurant our first night. We weren't told we needed reservations

Hotel was fine. Service was good. As an early riser it was next to impossible to get a cup of coffee ( hotel advertises 17 restaurants) at least put a coffee maker in the room. Very expensive but i knew that before i left - large bottle of water 7$ +.a watered down martini 25.00 ++ i guess i got old and remembered how it used to be.

Excellent stay. Of course expensive, but that is just Las Vegas!

I paid more for a better room (Spa ) room and it was the worst. Our room was facing a parking structure and the noise at night was horrible. We didn’t sleep for the 2 nights we were there

Should have coffee in the room and some free bottled water

This was our first stay at the Bellagio and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Las Vegas.
