It was short but was good. After a long hike in the Grand Canyon it was a nice stop on way home. Very large hotel! Confusing as to where to check in and walk around forever finding places was annoying!

Everything is good

Holy cow. Great place to stay. Easy to access other hotels and events. Staff is amazing. I would definitely stay again. And my wife loved the place.
4.2
Stayed at the Aria because I was attending an event at T-Mobile Area and they have easy access. Rooms are nice with a nice view (two lamps in my room did not work however). Amenities are nice and staff friendly. Would stay here again.

Had an awesome experience in Vegas. My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. The place was clean, very beautiful. E are not gamblers but we played $20 at 1 slot machine see we were checking out and won $400. That was super fun. Plenty of good food around, pool’s were easy to get too. The staff were super friendly!!
4.2
The hotel amenities are of a high standard, but the rooms are basic and lack basic amenities such as coffee facilities or free bottled water.
The hotel also charges to use the spa facilities and for the nicer pool beds.
4.2
The stay was great. But stay away from the convenience of the waters and snacks left in room. I had one smart water and was charged $26.00. That is robbery plain and simple.
4.2
The room type I requested was not available, and I had some issues where housekeeping came into my room at 5 am, waking me up. The hotel provided compensation for these 2 issues, so to their credit they made it right. Late night dining options were somewhat limited, so if you plan to eat at the hotel's restaurants, check the hours before you go. Check in/check out were not very efficient - lots of staff, but all on the phone and not taking care of the hotel guests waiting in line. 15 minutes passed without handling a single new guest. If speedy check in is what you want, this is not the place for you. Resort fees of $56 / night were quite expensive.

Great central location right on the strip. It’s connected to a few other hotels so very easy to get around. Really great restaurant options. We will be booking it again.
4.2
Great stay. Will be back!!! Clean, convenient location. Everything you need! Love the mobile check in/out and digital key.

Impersonel, nickel and dime

Not so great
Lady at the reception didn’t even give bottle of water when we asked for it. Ladies at the reception terrible.

All hotel charges were not clear until checkout

We had such a wonderful time at Aria. It was our 30th anniversary and Cassidy (front desk check in) upgraded us into a beautiful room. The whole staff made us feel special.
4.2
Great location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.
4.2
Checked in and as opened the room , there were other people inside “our” room. This made huge screaming and almost risky intrusion on our part. Fault was of system glitch I was told that they gave us keys to a room that had people in it. Wish they could have done more than just not charge resort fee of $100. Left a bad taste.
4.2
No place to have some items in the refrigerator, we could of get a better room :/
4.2
We had a great time- excellent atmosphere and environment.
4.2
Friendly front desk. Attentive housekeeping. Beautiful facilities.

Wonderful king room with super bathroom. It was the service that lacked..did not service room last day despite room service light on from 9am. Bar staff at casino bars ignore you and at Gem bar I was asked for ID! I am over 60 years old! Had the room key and room card..so rather humiliating. Pool closed at 4pm for function first day and second day closed all day due to weather..yet Bellagio pools were open.Did not spoil our trip to Vegas, but be aware... $25 plus plus for room mineral water?!! Walgreens is close...who pays that price for water...? Unjustified.

It was wonderful
4.2
It was a nice hotel. It was clean and I felt safe there.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay in a corner suite. The views from the room were amazing, and the room gave the added benefit of access to the VIP lounge for free snacks and sift beverages.

The Aria is a great hotel. The only thing was trying to check out. There were only four people working and about 50 people in line. Definitely needed more people working. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic hotel.
4.2
Check in was smooth! The room was clean and the view was amazing. Very comfortable and very nice.
4.2
Pros: location, dining options, shopping, spa/pool
Cons: in need of an update, room wasn’t super clean, water came out of the faucet black and bottled water is $20
4.2
Overall good, wasn’t offered upgrade - even though with VIP Gold status it says if upgrade is available you should get it. Also had to call front desk to inquire about $30 food credit that was included with our booking, even though we asked at check in it had not been reflected at check out. They did correct it - but part of getting these perks is we shouldn’t have waste time hounding them about it. Because of these factors probably won’t return again when there are so many other options available in Vegas. Plus the bed was comfortable, light switches in bathroom were cracked and broken.

Room and public areas were warm during my stay.
4.2
Beautiful hotel, prices were a little high but lovely stay.

Great stay at Aria. Beautiful Hotel.

Stood in line for 30 minutes to check in.
The tablet in the room didn't turn on the lights.
The in room fridge is full of insanely overpriced convenience store snacks and drinks.
You can't put anything into the fridge without being charged.
The lamp by the window was broken and wouldn't turn on.
The faceplate kept falling off the bathroom light switches.
It was over a 100 yard walk from the elevator to our room.
4.2
The front desk person asked us if we wanted an upgrade for $100 and I said sure but I didn’t know it was per person. I mentioned it was also a birthday and nothing special
4.2
You should work more on the staff. Everytime I needed something from the staff they were bored and they were like bothered by questions/requests.
4.2
Excellent customer service throughout the entire resort. Would definitely visit again.
4.2
The property was well maintained and their were plenty of areas for dining.
4.2
There was food left in the hallways of the hotel rooms that seemed to be there for over 12-14 hours.
Other than that, top rate experiment. Pool was nice although the thought that the adult pool was no kids seemed to not be the case.
4.2
The room was not cleanest (hair in bathtub, empty bottles, yellow stain on 1 sheet...)
A huge disappointment was the pool...not deep, it barely goes up to your thighs at the deepest part.
Resort fee was charged but I didn't enjoy any resort service really.
In the morning a cleaner accross our room was super loud and she had her radio set on the highest volume. I asked her nicely to lower it and she didn't even apologize for waking us up.

Excellent hotel

Very dated furniture, very dusty, not clean overall. Didn’t get Gold member benefits. Good location.
